Supply and fixing in replacement LV/HV leg coils with insulation varnishing and packing of coil assembly vacuum impregnation/oven dried made out of proper size aluminium wire/conductor super enameled of high quality matching with existing impedances and providing class ‘E’ insulation for any capacity of distribution / power transformer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Unserviceable transformer coil retrieved against this item, will be cut, completely damaged and converted into scrap in front of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of transformer, 11 KV/ 433 volts (Exposed external surface only) installed at site of any installation in Cantt area, capacity 50 KVA to 100 KVA transformer installed on pole mounted, indoor/out door plinth mounted, by using coarse cloth/sore brush and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel grey paint with the help of spray gun, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling new mineral grade transformer oil EHV type conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for topping up in transformer duly filtered with filtration plant to obtain high dielectric strength not less than 60 KV (gap 2.5mm) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrels with test certificate. Cost of barrel shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor and empty barrel will be the property of the Department and same shall be deposited to the AGE E/M Store Yard. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Dehydration & filtration of transformer oil with portable filtration cum dehydration machine to improve the dielectric strength, not less than 50 to 60 KV within 1 minute with 4 mm Gap at site of any installation in Cantt area of any capacity/make of transformer installed on pole mounted, indoor/outdoor type plinth mounted complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) All necessary T&P / testing equipment shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor. (ii) Contractor shall ensure that there shall be no wastage of transformer oil. (iii) Contractor shall ensure that conservator tank is full to its level before starting the dehydration. (iv) New Transformer Oil required for topping up shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of this Schedule. (v) Testing of dielectric strength of dehydrated transformer oil of each transformer shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge and cost thereof shall be borne by the contractor.

Supply and fixing in replacement Temperature Gauge (ISI marked) for transformer of any capacity & any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement On Load tapping changer switch suitable for 11/0.433 KV transformer with 7 steps tapping complete with rod and gasket suitable for transformer of capacity 25 KVA to 1000 KVA including taking out unserviceable tapping switch of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement oil drain valve suitable for 25 KVA to 500 KVA transformers of indoor/ outdoor type complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT connection of transformer and opening up the top cover of transformer of capacity 25 KVA to 250 KVA for checking the condition to carryout repairs at site, including draining out oil from the transformer in suitable container (containers to be provided by the contractor) and repair to the transformer with replacement of parts (as required), checking the lead connection from winding to bus rods including necessary soldering/jointing etc and after complete repair refilling the dehydrated oil and testing on full load after connecting the HT/LT connections complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) Major parts (as required) shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this Sch ‘A’. (iii) Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this Sch ‘A’. (iv) T&P and minor parts shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

All as per serial item No. 32.00 here-in-before but Transformer of capacity 315 KVA to 1000 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs aluminium strip of size 50mm x 6mm thick, 15cm long, 4 Nos (three Nos in phase and one No in neutral) including drilling, bending, nuts, bolts and washers of appropriate size to transformer of LT side bushing rod complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing to Transformer / GOD switch / equipments / panels etc with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Shifting of transformer of capacity 25 KVA to 250 KVA from AGE E/M store yard of GE (N) Bikaner to the place of installation and installing on existing 2/4 pole structure or platform with necessary fixing arrangement including connecting up electrically, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) All T&P/Vehicle required for shifting, connection, loading, unloading, etc including necessary petty items like bolts, nuts etc shall be arranged by contractor and rates for the same shall deemed to be included in rate quoted. (ii) If transformer or any connected equipment/part is lost or damaged while in the custody of the contractor, the same shall be provided / repaired by the contractor at his own cost complete to the entire satisfaction of GE.

All as per serial item No. 36.00 here-in-before but Transformer of capacity 315 KVA to 630 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil and clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) surrounding Transformers, LT Panels, 02 Pole structures, 04 Pole Structures, etc at various sub stations / E&M installations and removing rubbish upto a distance exc 200m & not exc 250m outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking out silica gel from unserviceable breather assembly of transformer of any capacity and supply & filling new Silica Gel blue colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the HT 11 KV VCB/SF6 panel indoor / outdoor capacity ranging from 630 to 1600 Amp, over hauling of complete panel by taking out the trolley of the breaker, opening the total mechanism of breaker, checking contact, baffle plates and other minor parts, cleaning all accessories carefully. Minor repairs, parts/accessories, the tank, baffle plates, rotating contact, upper supports, lower supports, drive assemblies and all other spare parts, reassembled after repair/ replacement of the spare parts including calibration, testing of existing IDTM relay as per load parameter complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Repair work shall be carried out only by the authorised technician of manufacturer of VCB. (ii) Spare parts as required for replacement of existing worn out parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items. (iii) Labour for replacement/fixing of the supply only items shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iv) Make of all spare part shall be used as per existing make of manufacturer.
