Taking down old rusted & damaged steel windows/ventilators of any description and of any type & size without guard bars / grill including cutting holes for hold fasts & making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 30mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24(a) of Section 8 in SSR Part-I, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F factory made 30mm thick flush shutter for door, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels with lipping to match including including two coats of synthetic enamel paint 10cm width or girth over a coat of red pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile reinforced with MS square tube, fixing in opening as per specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile for top rail lock rail bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for Top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to fitted on the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F butt hinges of size 100mm medium weight, cold rolled mild steel (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150 mm long mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enameled black with bright bolts and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel pressed handle, 150 mm size, oval type, stove enameled black complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made pressed steel frames of size 125x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness, complete as specified & as directed.

S&F factory made steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, handle complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Glass and rubber neoprene packing / rubber gasket shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under respective item of this Schedule.

S&F Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screwsm wire mesh and grills etc. complete all as specified. Note : Glass and rubber neoprene packing / rubber gasket shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply only rubber neoprene packing / rubber gasket of required size & profile suitable for aluminium frame work in doors, windows, etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for false ceiling with 12mm thick mineral fibre board with & including anodized aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm consisting of anodized aluminium main & cross Tee of size 36.50 x 25.00 x 1.40 mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM & 23.50 x 26.40 x 1.40 mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM respectively, main & cross tee jointed at junction crossing with anodized aluminium angle bracket of size 15x15x1.5mm weighing 0.12 Kg/RM fixed with suitable MS bolts, nuts & washers, snap grid (main/cross tee) supported at ends all along the wall with anodized aluminium angle of size 35x25x2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement, fixed in grid support with 2.50mm dia galvanized mild steel wire Class 3 fixed in detached works etc to support snap grid, with & including providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation to exposed surfaces, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, including taking down old ceiling boards complete all as specified and as directed. Note : False ceiling board shall be of make Everest / Charminar or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

M&L for 12mm thick gypsum board of any size for celing/walling and all necessary fittings requied at site including taking down old celing boards complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Design & shade of gypsum board shall be as approved by the AGE.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection / hard standing surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for preparation of plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of required shade and colour complete as per manufactures over a layer of wall care putty 3mm and primer two or more coats as required on new work after preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all specified and as directed by AGE.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of painted wall including cornices, pillasters etc by mechanical equipment like electric wall sander and applying two coats of acrylic distemper VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of required shade and colour using rollers over a coat of primer complete all specified and as directed by AGE.

S&F 4.8mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/rubber gasket in square any thickness in each pane foor for metal frames complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, including dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing steel water tubing and connections of 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting & taking down the existing unserviceable water tank and Supply and fixing 2000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note : (i) The water storage tanks shall be 2 layers, HDPE tanks moulded to seem-less perfection of rotational process. The tanks shall be manufactured only from FDA approved special grade of polyethylene and shall be certified fit for potable water. (ii) The tanks shall white coloured and ISI marked. Also refer paras 18.6 and 18.6A of MES Schedule Part-I. (iii) Payment for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes and ball valve shall be made separately. Howerver cost of providing necessary GI fittings such as nipples with check nuts for inlet and outlet pipes, GI plug with check nut for over flow pipe and 30cm long wash out pipe, GI 20mm nominal bore, medium grade and check nut for wash out pipes of size as per actual requirements as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates of this item.

Disconnecting existing serviceable rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity 2000 litres including cleaning & removing all scale & dirt etc from tank with gunny bags, cleaning with fresh water and bleaching powder, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) water closet (white) of size 580x440mm with integral foot rests, ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, including connection to trap and flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 600mm x 450mm looking mirror of selected quality glass not less than 5.5mm thick, mounted on 6mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood including aluminium framing and fixed to PVC rawl plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers complete all as specified.

S&F Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, overall length of cover plate 150mm, fixed in floor, complete all as specified and as directed.
