M & L for Non - skid light coloured ceramic tiles of size7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and inted in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in ement mortar 1:4 as backing coat on fair faces on stone surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring of size 550*550*18-22mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete, over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) base including rubbing and mirror polishing, and half nose moulding (bull nosing) etc, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item above but pre-polished kota stone as in vertical surfaces such as skirting and risers over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Granite work (Jet/Telephonic Black) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, counter basins, urinal partitions etc. and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following types and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces and half nose moulding (bull nosing) etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection with fair finished without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete and sub base surface finished even & fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, copings, apex stones, for side of interlocking tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated of semicorrugated etc), any gauge, thickness, roof coverings, complete all as specified as directed.

S & F for pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/cladding and fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified as directed.

S & F for pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/cladding and fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified.

Dismantling unframed timber fillets,rails,posts,rafters,purlins etc under 40 sqcm in section complete all as specified as directed.

S & F for steel work in tublar truss including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 grade st 240 etc confirming to fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, complete all as specified as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masanory,laid dry below or above ground level and removing material from site, complete all as specified as directed.

M & L brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified as directed.

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/stone masonry walls, concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rough cast plaster using crushed stone of size between 6 mm to 10 mm, coarse sand and cement mixed in the ratio of (1:1:1) over and including rendering coat of 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces or stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 5 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick/stone masonry or concrete surfaces (internal walls) of any description, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work/stone masonry, concrete surfaces (external walls) or stone walls upto tripple storey bldgs in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound using as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint over a coat of 1mm thick putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots upto 3 storey height and applyingTwo or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of framed work such as grills, gratings, cooler stands etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 incl necessary fixing to walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces of roof projection cornices & chajja etc finished fair and even without using extra cement including WPC in CM 1:4 incl taking down existing cement plaster and including necessary arrangements to work on roof projection, cornice & chajja etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description incl PCC padding, cement plaster any thickness from roof surfaces, cleaning of roof and prepairing it for further treatment incl make good necessary dubbing out wherever required and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed plaster 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC incl necessary doubingout etc finished even and smooth for laying WPT without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coved fillet in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate at junction of roof & parapet wall and other vertical surfaces 75mm radius and surface painted with a hot paving bitumen grade 30/40 conforming to IS-73 @0.70 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltr Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane, 3mm thick having centre core not less than 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 micron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3.00Kg/Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.40 Kg/Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 40mm thick (minimum Consolidated thickness) Type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding finished even and smooth without using extra cement with existing slope with V shaped groves 6mm wide and 10mm deep @ 0.60 metre spacing both bays or part there of on top of padding and filled with mastic bitumen of 1:1 preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up of rain water pipe /UPVC pipe line 100mm/75mm dia incl all fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 110mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘A’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in floors or walls etc complete all as specified and directed. Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be conforming to IS 5382-1985

S & F for 75 mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘A’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint fixed to wall/floors etc complete all as specified and directed. Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be conforming to IS 5382-1985

S & F for 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) bend with access door including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note- UPVC bends shall be conforming to BS 4515 DIN 19531 and DIN 19534

S & F for 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) ( singleT) equal or unequal including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) branch piece, single (single Y) equal or unequal including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 75 mm bore UPVC (SWR) bend including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note- UPVC bends shall be conforming to BS 4515 DIN 19531 and DIN 19534

S&F PVC (SWR) 75 mm bore branch piece (Tee) fixed to walls with cement joint with or w/o ovel access door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) vent cowl complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling board/lathing any thickness including frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & Fixing false ceiling with Everest Fibre Cement Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595 mm and any one of the design (oceanic, lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32 mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200 mm c/c and cross "T" of size 15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 15x20 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including , required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanised Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T -sections shall be centra black pre-painted with polyester paint, and having a load bearing capacity of 12 kg/sqm, all complete at all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

S & F of M S plate or angle, channel, square cut or notched with riveted, bolted or welded attachment completed all as spd and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel painting to steel surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation old plastered or un-plastered surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and providing two coat of white wash on wall including cornices complete all as specified and directed.
