Supply & laying in repair DWC pipe (Double wall corrugated ) of class SN-4, IS-16098 (Part –II) of size internal dia of 150 mm, laid in trenches and jointed complete with coupler, bend, Tee, reducer etc incl demolation and breaking up old and u/s pipe complete all as specified & directed . Note : Earth work shall be measured and paid seperately

Demolition of brick masonry / stone masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on stone masonary surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls incl. raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even other than fair faces using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for manhole cover including placing the cover over manhole and set in CM 1:4 including demolition of old RCC manhole covers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap of 75mm bore, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repair SGSW gully trap square or round mouthed type 'P' of size 150mm x 150mm with CI grating including raising upto plinth protection with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, and covered with stone slab complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) water closet (white) of size 580mm x 440mm with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete including connection to trap and flushing pipe antisyphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Demolition of sunken floor treatment is included in this item

S&F in repair vitreous china wash hand basin, coloured, flat back of size 630 x 400mm, long screwed shank fly nut flange end including brackets, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets in 1:3 CM including 32mm dia chromium plated waste coupling, PVC flexible waste pipe of adequate length, PVC connection 15mm dia 450mm long with PTMT nuts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F vitreous china urinal half stall type white (Excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe etc) including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, fixing flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe), including plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device and connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm internal dai of pipes, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graged stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.
