Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and leveling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in Including spreading, leveling, Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of timer Switch (using Infrared Sensor technology) based Automatic Street Light Control Panel. The Panel should be suitable enough to take 3-phase load of 20 kW. Timer Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for Switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs to max. 12 hrs.The Sensor along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade thermoplastic polycarbonate Enclosure (with HINGED LID) conforming to IP66 protection class 2. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation.

Supply and installation, testing, commissioning Outdoor type feeder piller Box factory made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet , 415 Volt, 3 phase , 50 HZ supply factory made CPRI Approved,IP-54 Protected & MS angle section 40 x40x 5mm frame with front and back openable double door with provision of locking arrangement dust & vermin proof , gasket, TPN busbar 1000 Amp shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on proper insulator, gland, welding hinges of dust proof duly powder coated inside and outside of panel with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel grey paint complete all as specifed and directed and consisting of the following equipments:- (i) MCCB, 4 pole, 35 KA , 630 Amps -01 No ( Incoming) (ii) MCB , 4 pole, 25 KA, 250 Amps -03 No (Out going) (ii) MCB , 4 pole, 16 KA, 160 Amps -02 No (Out going) (iii) Digital voltmeter of size 96 x96 mm ( 0-500v) with built in selector switch (iv) Digital Ameter of size 96 x96 mm ( 0-150A) with built in selector switch (V) Indication Lamp 22.5 mm dia LED type 240Volts AC to show three phase availability- 01 set. Supply , install , testing and commissioning of LT panel factory made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet , 415 Volt, 3 phase , 50 HZ supply CPRI Approved IP-54 Protected & MS angle section 40 x40x 5mm frame . The LT panel to be fix on the ground with PCC platform as per manufacturer recommendation .the LT panel shall be of totally enclosed cubical type with IP-54 protection . The LT panel should have hinged doors and locking arrangement at the rear and front . The LT panel should be suitable for three phase 4-wire 415V, 50 cycles AC . The LT panel should be treated with rust protection such as degreasing and painted with 2 coat of red oxide primer & standard colour . Knock out gland plates as applicable shall be provided in the junction box for incoming and outgoing cables . Bus Bars : TPN 300 Amp aluminium bus bar E91 grade , 1100 volts grade duly covered with heat shrinkable sleeves colour coded and bus bar insulators as per requirement . Adequate space inside the box shall be provided for bus bar & cable alley to accomodate the incoming and outgoing cables in a proper manner .All power connection shall be secured adequately with proper size of lugs. The Size of LT panel shall be such as to accommodate the following : (i) MCCB 200 A, 4 Pole, 16 KA with adjustable electronic release (with release range 300-400A) -01 No (ii)TPN 300 Amp aluminium bus bar E91 grade , 1100 volts of size 30mm x 10 mm with suitable rating connector for cable termination and bus bar insulator as per requirement (suitable for three outgoing ) . (iii) Cable gland of brass for different size of cable as per requirement for incoming and outgoing cable

Material and labour for bus bar chamber cubical inclined top out door type made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of size 450 x 300 x 200 mm including aluminum busbar fixed vertically in chamber of capacity 300 Amps for phase and 150 amps neutral for incoming and out going. The Busbar chamber shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system (suitable for 01 incomer and 04 outgoing ) and shall have MCCB 160 Amp 4 pole 25 KA as incomer, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note :- (i) Earth work, PCC work and MS works shall be included in the unit quoted rate . (ii) Cable gland of brass for different size of cable as per requirement for incoming and outgoing cable

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 Mtr below ground level. The earth plate to be connetced with earth lead of 25x4 mm GI strip all as shown in para no 4 the earthing test point all as specified and directd.The GI earthing strip to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) up to ground level and there after with 40mm dia HDPE pipe up to test point. Earthing shall be include with providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) up to 90 cm all around earth plate further filled with 60 cm thick Tibba sand and 2nd layer with 30 cm of Magnesium sulphate powder (compact thickness ) , 3rd layer with tibba sand up to the ground level. Earthing shall also be include for providing concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pole mounting KIOSK box weather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 250×200×105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 2 strips for phase and neutral 32 Amps with base including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.
