M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Additional Reinforcement: Check the diameter of the existing rebars and if the diameter is less than 30% of the original diameter, provide additional reinforcement. Cut 12mm dia bars as main reinforcement to the required length with proper development length. Tie them to the prefixed shear connectors so that the additional rebar acts monolithically with the existing ones and core concrete.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Additional Reinforcement: In the case of the shear reinforcement also, if the diameter of the rebars are reduced, provide 8mm dia stirrups in the form of 2 "U" shaped bars. Tie them properly so that it has a tight contact with the main bars.

M&L for Shear Connectors by drilling 12mm dia holes up to a depth of 75mm maximum and fixing 8mm dia L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors at every 300mm c/c on the surfaces of the columns/beams or any other structural member as the case may be. Clean the same using air or blower and make sure that there are no fine particles present in the hole and filled the holes with one or two component styrene free vinylester resin anchor or two components, styrene & cement free epoxy- acrylate fixing and anchoring compound. At this stage push the shear connector gently in to the hole and finish the excess resin which comes out of the hole and allow the shear connectors not to be disturbed for Minimum 20 minutes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Bostik RESIFIX-G , Hilti , Sikaor as approved by GE. Note : TMT bars shall be measurment and paid separately under relevant items.

S&F new steel or rebars by drilling holes with 10 mm to 20mm dia and 100 to 200mm deep as per IS code of 10D formula and filling the holes after inserting of reinforcement dia 8 to 16mm for anchoring at ends/shear connector and filled the holes with one or two component styrene free vinylester resin anchor or two components, styrene & cement free epoxy- acrylate fixing and anchoring compound (having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications) using standard sealant applicator gun after drilling holes of required diameter at required locations, for holding / fixing / placing in position the steel mesh reinforcement at desired level/ stretching complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : TMT bars shall be measurment and paid separately under relevant items. Make : Bostik RESIFIX-G/Sika/Hilti/Master builder/Chemsol as approved by GE.

M&L for Hard drawn steel wire fabric n. Exc. 4Kg/Sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing leak proof shuttering in any position cut to length and providing including runners supports as per manufacturer’s instructions and including all necessary scaffolding, machinery, tools tackles and men materials complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing Sikacrete®-145 IN is factory designed pourable, shrinkage compensated, free flowing and self-compacting superior performance microconcrete with selected cement, aggregate and other chemicals. Recommended water and coarse aggregate maximum 15% of bag to be added at site as per manufacturer instruction. Product should strictly meet the requirement of Compressive strength @28 days ~50 N/mm2 (ASTM C109)/ Flexural strength @28 days ~7 N/mm2 and Tensile adhesion strength @≥ 2 N/mm2 (28 days, +30 °C) (EN 1542) or as per manufacturer instructions and mixing concrete with mechanically electrically operated mixer machine etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: STP/Chemsol/Bostik/Chemsol/Choksey/Fosroc as approved by GE.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even & smooth without using extra complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick on concrete surface, roof top surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including water proofing compound and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be measurment and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply of liquid integral waterproofing compound @ 100ml/per 50kg cement used complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC to be used in rendering items here-in-before above. Make : - (IWC) CICO-Super or equivalent model in Sika/Dr Fixit/ACC/ L&T/STP as approved by GE.

M&L for applying to the damaged concrete portion of slab/columns/beams/chajjas/parapet /roof projection/balcony/staircase with single component, fiber reinforced, dual shrinkage- compensated thixotropic, cementitious ptch repair mortar Sika monotop 122F (having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications ) capable of applying up to 20-25mm thick in double layer or multiple layers initially by hand and finishing with troweled carefully compacting the same around the rebar and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface with an average specified thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : STP/Chemsol/Bostik/Chemsol/Choksey/Foscroc as approved by GE.

BONDING COAT: Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC roof as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- STP/Chemsol/Bostik/Choksey/Fosroc as approved by GE. Note for here-in-before aboveitem for followings:- (i) serial Item No. 1.00, 2.00, 3.00, 6.00, 7.00, 9.00, 10.00, 15.00 and 16.00 for the structural rapair and strengthening and rehabilitation and roof treatment shall be applied by the company’s authorized applicator firm only. (ii) Contractor have to get prior approval of applicator or authorized agency by submitting its authorization letter to this office for approval prior to commencement of work. Department will conduct an official varification from manufacturer of its authorised agency. (iii) The cost of Scaffolding work required at certain places is including in the respective items catered for repairs itself. No extra shall be paid for the same.

M&L for jodhpur stone roof slabs 10CM thick in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:3. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle Gde-Fe-290( Gde-E-165) or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting, 0.50 mm thick, of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coats of oil emulsion distempering over a coat of interior wall primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling, and applying three coats of white wash preparation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of external primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of New or old previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in girth or width and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
