M & L for testing and calibration of 11KV VCBs (Make : Crompton/Megawin/Dension/ABB Ltd/ITE) indoor type alongwith control panel and control wiring, protection system and relays system (relay to tripping coil auxiliary switch male and female housing cut outs etc) , checking of quality of vacuum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, Testing ( IR value, Ratio test, Polarity test) and connection verification of 11 KV Current transformer( Set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT ,and Testing and calibration of relay( set of two Over current and one earth fault) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs. complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply install ,testing and commissioning of Micro processor base relay (02 O/C + 01 EF) for 11 KV VCB panel , rating 5 Amps, Auxiliary supply 20-110 Volt DC complete all as specified and directed. Make: CG Model No: CGI14N or equivalent in ABB/ SIEMENS. Note: (i) Necessary addition/ alteration to existing VCB front panel such as cutting/welding of front size of panel board/position if required including necessary modification of wiring shall be carried out at site by the contractor without any extra cost. Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable current transformer of any description and in any position and supply, installation, commisioning and testing of cast resin type 11KV current transformer having ratio 100+50/5+5A as per IS: 2705 having protection core class 5P10, burden of 15VA and metering core class CL1.0 and burden of 15VA, breaking capacity of 13.1 KV for 1.0 second all as specified and directed. Make: CG/Kappa/Jyoti/Alstom

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable voltage transformer of any description and in any position and supply, installation, commisioning and testing for 11KV single phase indoor oil cooled PT of ratio 11KV/RT 3/10V/RT 3/110/RT 3 class 0.5-3, burden 100VA, insulation level 35/75 KV, voltage factor 1.2 cont and 1.9 for 30 sec, conforming to IS-3156 complete all as specified and directed. Make: CG/Kappa/Jyoti/Alstom

Disconnecting by removing incomming and outgoing connection of indoor type 11KV VCB from existing location and shifting to other location within Air Force Station as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with and including reinstallation by any means of arrangement and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Installation of VCB, making all incoiming and outgoing connection, calibration, commisioning after checking loading at full load shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply install ,testing and commissioning of Power pack unit input voltage 180-250 Voltage and out put voltage 24 Volt DC having 4-digit degital Volt & Ampere meter, High resolution D/A, A/D converter , Digital interface as standard function etc. complete all as specified and as directed including taking out US battery bank unit.

Supply install ,testing and commissioning of Power pack unit input voltage 110 Voltage and out put voltage 24 Volt DC having 4-digit degital Volt & Ampere meter, High resolution D/A, A/D converter , Digital interface as standard function etc. complete all as specified and as directed including taking out US battery bank unit.

Material and labour for disconnecting 11/0.433 KV distribution transformer of capacity upto 630 KVA by removing overhead conductor / underground cables and earth strips etc. Installation of transformer after repairs, making all connections, testing and recommissioning to full satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Taking out the transformer from any substation using suitable capacity crane or by any other method irrespective of type of approach available, loading in vehicle, transportation to workshop for repairs and unloading carefully. Reloading the transformer after repairs, transportation to site and unloading including placing at given position complete all as specified and directed. Note : All the T&P required for disonnection, connection, loading and loading including necessary petty items like bolts, nuts etc will be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Repair to distribution transformer step down 11/0.433 KV indoor/outdoor type of capacity up to 250 KVA, after dismantling the transformer carefully, opening the top cover of transformer for inspection /repair, draining out the transformer oil from the housing complete, taking out the core and winding by disconnecting the internal connections, removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core, replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes and washers, replacement of tap changer winding and thimbles, replacement of silica gel, replacement of top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material, replacement of worn out nut and bolts, replacement of unserviceable LT & HT bushes, cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper/ aluminium wire as per existing guage, insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeve and fire proof tape, varnishing the coil, keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture, painting of complete transformer body from outside and inside, marking of MES/SM Number etc, replacement of conservator tank glass, re-installing the core and winding inside properly, making the all connection with suitable copper lugs, filling of new transformer oil, reinstalling the top cover after cleaning and painting of housing, conservator tank, expulsion vent etc, Meggering the LT and HT side of the Transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Winding wire for making of coils, HT/LT bushes, new transformer oil will be measured & paid seperately (ii) Contractor is required to submit test report for repaired transformer duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge before installation.

All as per Srl item No 17 above but of capacity 11 / 0.433 KV, above 250 KVA upto 630 KVA complete all as directed.

Supply only brass terminal rod with nuts, bolts washers & bushings suitable for HT and LT side of the transformer of any make and capacity upto 100KVA complete all as specefied and as directed

All as per item No: 19 but capacity above 100 KVA and upto 250 KVA complete all as specefied and as directed.

All as per item No: 20 but capacity above 250 KVA and upto 630 KVA complete all as specefied and as directed.

Supply only super enamelled copper conductor wire of suitable gauge and size as per requirement for rewinding of 11/0.433 KV distribution transformer complete all as directed.

Supply only super enamelled aluminium conductor wire of suitable gauge and size as per requirement for rewinding of 11/0.433 KV distribution transformer complete all as directed.

Supply only tap changing switch suitable for operation on 11/0.433 KV distribution transformer with tappings on 2.5%, 5% and 7.5% on required basis for upto 630KVA capacity transformer.

Supply and filling transformer poweroil meeting IEC 60296-2003-11, 3rd edition standard specification and ASTMD 1275B test requirements for corrosive sulpher of BDV not less than 65 KV for filling in repaired transformer HT 11 KV.

M & L for filteration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength/ insulation value upto 65 KV/40KV (RMS) at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute in various capacity of transformers 33/11KV and 11/0.433KV including insulation testing of oil with help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV Test compete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Contractor will have to arrange the dehydration machine and transformer oil dielectric strength testing equipment as mentioned and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted. (ii) Test result of transformer oil before and after dehydartion is required to submit by contractor duly signed by all concerned. (iii) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process. (iv) Additional quantity of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.

M & L for cleaning and preparation of steel surfaces of existing dull painting of transformer outdoor type including radiators, cooling ducts, vent pipes, condensor etc and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (heat resistant type) according to to IS colour code by spray machine including writing MES /SM No. in capital letters of suitable size on body for capacity upto 160KVA transformer outdoor/indoor complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No: 27 above but capacity above 160 KVA and upto 630 KVA complete all as specefied and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down by removing HT and LT connection of indoor/outdoor type 11/0.433KV transformer capacity 200 KVA to 630KVA from existing plateform / 4 Pole / 2 Pole structure, lowering the same carefully and shifting to other location within Air Force Station as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with and including reinstallation by any means of arrangement and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Installation of transformer, testing and connecting the both HT/LT cables, commisioning of transformer after checking voltage and loading at full load shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for poles, filling of mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for old and new poles including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : GI strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

Supply and Fixing for galvanised iron tubing 100 mm dia light grade with all fitting laid under floor/road crossing or in trenches or fixed to pole /walls with with clamps as required including sealing of pipe ends with apporoval sealing compound etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected with copper earth strip 32mmx6mm thick and copper bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, connecting to busbar, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I incl necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, ane provn of test point complete. NOTE : copper strip 32x6mm upto 7.5 Mtrs with 40mm protection pipe shall be included in quoted rates and beyond 7.5 mtrs shall be measured and paid separately.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
