Disconnecting and taking out pump with motor of capacity 03 HP. of any make and model from the foundation & dismantling for overhauling and repair by replacing rewinding ,the pump bearing, bush, gland bush, coupling and impeller,pumpshaft etc re-assembling after replacement of unserviceable parts, connecting with the suction/discharge line with correct alignment and making the electric connection including testing complete and all as directed by Engineer-in-Chrage. Note :The cost of rewinding, Pump bearing, bush, gland bush, coupling and impeller are included in this item no seprate payement shall be made for supplying these items.

M&L for renewal of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level, connected to Galvanised earth lead wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in the electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR part –I connected to all earth test point all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm bore light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation, earth work in any type of starta, PCC pit with RCC pit with M 25 (Design mix) cover,char coal,salt,funnel etccomplete. Note:-Rate quoted by the tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions:-(i) Excavation & eart work in any type of starta including removing of surplus material upto 100M (ii)PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggergate in pit& 40 mm thick precast RCC,M-25 design mix concrete cover 50x50 cm with 8mm round bar@15 cm C/C both ways.(iii) Main earth wire 4mm dia from earth eletrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.(iv)Funnel with watering pipe(GI pipe) 20mm bore(ISI marked)medium grade & copper lugs and charcoal & salt as reqd.(v) GI protection pipe of size 15 mm bore light grade upto 7.5m

Ditto, as per item No 5 as above but using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of centrifugal pump set of upto 60 HP capacity by scraping ,rubbing and removing of dirt/dust oil spot and making surface smooth ready for painting and applying one coat synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of monoblock/Centrifugal pump set of capacity upto 20 HP by scraping ,rubbing and removing of dirt/dust oil spot and making surface smooth ready for painting and applying one coat synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in replacement Star Delta starter complete unit suitable for 10 HP motor including single phase preventer and connected accessaries complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement Star Delta starter complete unit suitable for 20 HP motor including single phase preventer and connected accessaries as directed by the Engineer-in -charge.

S&F in replacement DOL starter complete unit suitable for upto 5 HP motor including single phase preventer and connected accessaries complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down old unserviceable sluice valves and Supply & Fixing 80 mm bore sluice valve long body, PN 1.6 with brass spindle both end flanged ISI marked complete with CI wheel nut bolt washer and rubber packing conforming to IS 14846-2000, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down old unserviceable sluice valves and Supply & Fixing 150 mm bore sluice valve long body, PN 1.6 with brass spindle both end flanged ISI marked complete with CI wheel nut bolt washer and rubber packing conforming to IS 14846-2000, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down old unservicable oblique type gun metal landing valve and Supply and Fixing oblique type gun metal landing valve single headed of size 63mm, inlet 3' NB flanded, outlet- female instantaneous with grey cast iron handle wheel with fixing arrangement viz- GI flange 100 mm/GI flange 80mm, GI bend 80/100 mm, GI nipple 100 mm/GI nipple 80 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rewinding the armature housing of pump motor dismantled with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge of thermal class “E” insulation complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Chrage

M&L for Cleaning of underground /semi underground RCC reservoir of capacity 1,00,000 gallon at main pump house by draining out storage water completely with mud pump or throwing out manually with buckets and cleaning of inner surface of bottom and walls of tank by removing complete accumulated sludge/mud, dirt etc including removing of roots, bushes etc with wire brush and finally washing with fresh water and disinfecting the reservoir with 2% solution of Potassium permanganate including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint and removing sludge, scale, mud etc to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in -Charge

All as per item No. 26 above but overhead reservoir of capacity 40,000 gallon at 18 meter staging at main pump house complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in -Charge.

All as per item No. 26 above but capacity 25,000 gallon at main pump house and fire fighting pump house complete all asspecified and directed by the Engineer-in -Charge

All as per item no. 26 above but capacity 20000 gallon at Training institute complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in -Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement Aqua Dura Reinforced rubber lined hose with Elastomeric coating conforming to IS : 636/19088 Type-A with gun metal end connection on both ends of 30 mtr length including taking down old unsv hose complete all as directed by the Engineer-in -Charge

Supply and Fixing Gun metal short branch pipe 63 mm instantaneous inlet, made threaded outlet, 15mm bore nozzle long including taking down old unserviceable gun metal short brnach complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & Fixing Aviation obstruction light , LED Base cat part NO. AOL/DE-48, 2 x 24 watt LED double emitter type on over head tank of 18 mtr staging complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L Painting with one coat of synthetic enamelled ordinary tint,fire hydrant box sizes 800x600x250mm double door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for gland packing of sluice valves 80/100/150 mm bore with proper size asbestos graphite gland packing rope etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and Fixing for digital type voltmeter 0-500 volts range, flush type, AC, 50Hz in existing panel boards after disconnecting of cables and testing including removing of unserviceable voltmeter complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge

Supply and Fixing for digital type ammeter suitable for 10 HP to 60 HP pumpset panel ,flush type with appropriate CTs, AC, 50Hz in existing panel boards after disconnecting of cables and testing including removing unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix LED phase indicating lamp R-Y-B colour as required at site complete with base holder suitable for AC, 240 volts and testing including removing of old unserviceable lamps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv PVC Flat type cable, Supply and fixing in replacement for PVC 3.0 core submersible / pump set heavy duty Cable of size 4.0 Sqmm copper conductor red, yellow, blue multi drawn for uniformity of resistance, dimension and flexibility sheath colour black of 1100 volt grade with all fittings and connection on ground complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old unsv PVC Flat type cable, Supply and fixing in replacement for PVC 3.0 core submersible / pump set heavy duty Cable of size 10.0 Sqmm copper conductor red, yellow, blue multi drawn for uniformity of resistance, dimension and flexibility sheath colour black of 1100 volt grade with all fittings and connection on ground complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old unsv PVC Flat type cable, Supply and fixing in replacement for PVC 3.0 core submersible / pump set heavy duty Cable of size 35.0 Sqmm copper conductor red, yellow, blue multi drawn for uniformity of resistance, dimension and flexibility sheath colour black of 1100 volt grade with all fittings and connection on ground complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for disconnecting pressure pump set 0.5 HP AC 230 volts and dismantaling motor, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire, refitting, and fixed in same position/other positionincluding testing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing MCCB Thermal magnetic proctection type 415 volts, 125 Amps, 25 KA, 4 pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply & Fixing MCCB Thermal magnetic proctection type 415 volts, 100 Amps, 25 KA, 4 pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
