M & L for painting steel and iron surfaces of any discription,over 10 cm width or girth, with preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces priming with one coat of red oxide & finish with two coats of synthetic enamel paint ordinary tint all as spefified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size bricks sraight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) including demoition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantlng wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, ant thickness, including cover fillets and S&F for providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinfroced Gypsum) flase ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, Humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225: 1987 Noncombustible as per BS 476 (Part-4)- 1970 and light reflectance of 85% (Minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocing metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per Sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000mm cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32mm of length 600mm to form grid module of soze 600 x 600mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50mm ling, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to centre and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick wall or concrete surfaces or ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and preparation by surface with help of mechanicaly and applying 1.5 to 2.5 mm thick acyrlic wall care putty and smoothening the surfaces with sand paper/mechanised sanding etc, (Preparatory to paint as directed), and applying Two coat of 100% Premium interior acrylic emulsion paint by using Brush/ roller over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on wall, finished fair even and smooth including mixing of WPC in mortar and applying two coats of cement base paint including preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed.

M & L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished fair and even without using extra cement and and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatement with help of mechancially and applying 1.5 to 2.5 mm thick acyrlic wall care putty and smoothening the surfaces with sand paper/mechanised sanding etc, (Preparatory to paint as directed), and applying Two coat of 100% Premium interior acrylic emulsion paint by using Brush/ roller over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts , treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for two coats of white wash on old plastered surfaces on ceiling incl preparation etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade ,stain free, having size not less than 595mm x 595mm and 8 mm thick ,Premium (1st quality) straight edge, colour as approved by GE , in floors , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in expoxy grout to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 20 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for Non skid ceramic tiles , having size of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n.exc 0.38 Sqm and 7mm to 8 mm thick ,Premium (1st quality) straight edge, colour as approved by GE , in floors , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured polymer based grout to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 20 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for Non skid ceramic tiles , having size of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm and 7mm to 8 mm thick ,Premium (1st quality) straight edge, colour as approved by GE , in floors , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured polymer based grout to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 20 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles, Premium (1st quality) straight edge, colour as approved by GE , of size 350mm x 250mm / 450mm x 350mm /450mm x 300mm, 7mm to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored polymer based grout to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding off edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specificlly provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L 75mm thick PCC 1: 3: 6 type C-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with and including 10 mm wide, 30 mm deep joint at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with bitumen and sand mixture complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet used inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.including taking down old Wall panelling and similar work, any description, fixed in any position complete all as directed

S & F 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame complete all as per specification and directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n.exc 4.0 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all specified and directed directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames / Chowkhat of size 50 mm x 125 mm comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) and 1100N (edge), minimum compressive strength 58 N/ mm ² ,modules of elasticity 900 N/mm ² and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames / Chowkhat of size 65 x 125 mm comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) and 1100N (edge), minimum compressive strength 58 N/ mm ² ,modules of elasticity 900 N/mm ² and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/moisture proof and fire retardant and including 03 Nos per frame 100 mm long SS Butt hinges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension Grade),calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rich husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 to 100gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) and 900N (edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/ mm ² ,modules of elasticity 850 N/mm ² and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/moisture proof and fire retardant indcluding 02 Nos (Per leaf) SS 150 mm long Tower bolt and 02 Nos per leaf SS 150 mm long handle complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made 30 mm thick 100% solid WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Laminated wiremesh Door Shutter of requied size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 57-60 (suspension Grade),calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rich husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives, made from Extrusion process WPC foam sheet Single Extruded (inner) with having maximum density not less than 650 kg/cbm manufactured by "RAJSHRI" an ISO 9001-2015 certified company, having good screw holding capacity (screw withdrawal strength of 2000 N (face) & 1100 N ( Edge). Minimum compressive strength 50 N/ mm ² ,modules of elasticity 850 N/mm ² and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer free,water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted on both faces of shutter. For fixing Mosquito mesh and XTN aluminium mesh cobinly panel area of door except stiles and rails to be panelled with mesh with self tapping round headed scresws at required distance, scres and edges covered with feathered PVC edge beading all around of mesh and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessay full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws. All as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company : for internal/Balcony/Main doors Note : including 3 Nos for each door stainless steel 100 mm long butt hinges with stainless steel screws, 2 Nos stainless steel barrel tower bolts of extrude section, 150 mm long (ISI marked), 2 Nos of helical door spring of 300 mm length

S&F powder coated aluminium frame/shutter for doors, windows, ventilators and aluminium partition with one or more rebates including jointing cleats glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete with locking arrangements for fixing with powder coating on aluminium sections, minimum thickness of poweder coating shall be 50 micron as per the specification. The top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent to wall shall be fixed with floor, ceiling, walls and cills where required and fixed with the help of rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold plate fastners. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required complete in all respect all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for powder coated anodised aluminium door shutters,, aluminium sections weighing exc 0.55 Kg/m including necessary necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges (03 Nos), anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, complete all as specified

S & F Powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, partiall fixed and partially 3 track sliding with out sash bars which are two shutter having tinted glass of 4.8 mm thick and 3rd is stainless steel wire cloth 0.63 mm normal dia of wire and average width of apertune 1.40 mm, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m (1.50 to 1.80 mm thick) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified

S&F for 4.8 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium snap beading of any size of glass in each pane with solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufaturers all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs mild steel mortice lock 4 lever vertical type, size 100mm brass complete all as specified.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth. 0.63 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 4 mm thick, plain sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty , rubber beading or with wooden beads (supplied alongwith shutters) in squares n.exc 0.5 sqm each pane including Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/steel frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads, including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- Contractor will submit all the old unserviceable item retrived from above mentioned schedule of item to MES store yard. Transportation charges for the same is responsibility of contractor and no extra payment shall be made on this account
