S&F galvanised iron steel water tubing 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall/ceiling or laid in floors incl taking up or down existing steel water tubing alongwith connection fixed/laid in any situation.Complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up and down existing 15mm dia bore GI tubing and refixing the same into new or old position after cleaning with all connection fixed to wall /ceiling or laid in floor complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up and down existing 20mm dia bore GI tubing and refixing the same into new or old position after cleaning with all connection fixed to wall /ceiling or laid in floor complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up and down existing 25/32mm dia bore GI tubing and refixing the same into new or old position after cleaning with all connection fixed to wall /ceiling or laid in floor complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position capacity of tank exc 250 litres & n exc 500 litres. Complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair for 500 litres capacity rotational moulded white colour polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position incl 20mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe including taking down old water tank. Complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair for 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded white colour polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position incl 20mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe all as specified in SSR Part I including taking down old water tank complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick/concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cementincluding taking down cement plaster on block or concrete walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc up to 12 mtr height of bldg.Complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation on new plaster surface of ceiling & applying two coat of white wash up to 12 mtr height of bldg. Complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation on new plaster surface of walls & applying two coat of cement base paint up to 12 mtr height of bldg.Complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for chipping of slab/columns/beams/chajjas/parapet/roof projection and removing loose mortar with chisel hammer without much impact on concrete surface, clean the surface by sand blasting the surface using river sand with minium of 6 kg pressure at the nozzle or air blow by electric pressure blower by mechanical compressor, cleaning the exposed reinforcement with wire brush & appliying Fosroc Reebaklens RR rust rust remover or equivalent in two coats over rusted reinforcement surface and providing anti corrosive coating with two component epoxt based zinc rich primer/Rust passivation Inhibitor coat at the rate of 5 sqm/Ltr with Fosroc Nitozinc primer or equivalent to reinforcement surface as per manufacturers instructions including all scaffolding ,machinery,tools tackels and men materials and clearing of debries complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Reebaklens RR rust rust remover, Nitozinc primer of Fosroc or equivalent in Dr Fixit/ACC/L&T/STP/Sika India /Asian paints/bostik/Choksey chemicals/Thermax limited/ Hindcon Chemicals . (Note : The work shall be carried out upto 12.00M height and through approved company authorised applicator)

M & L for applying bond coat on the prepared old surface of concrete/masonry to receive new polymer mortar/polymer modified martar or micro concrete with two coats of Fosroc Nitobond SBR or equivalent in Dr Fixit/STP/Bostik/Sika/Choksey chemicals/Thermax ltd/ CICO as per maufacturer specifications. Laying of reinstatement polymer mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This bond coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete. Item rate inclusive of all materials, labors, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation, fixing etc including taking down existing plaster/any type of treatment., including all scaffolding ,machinery,tools tackels and men materials and clearing of debries complete as per specification and as directed. MAKE: Fosroc Nitobond SBR or equivalent in Dr Fixit/STP/Bostik /Sika India/ Choksey chemicals/Thermax ltd/ BASF/Asian paints/Hindcon Chemicals. Note : The work shall be carried out through approved company authorised applicator and upto 12m height.

M&L TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia bar , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm diameter including all necessary scaffolding ,machinery,tools tackels and men materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : The work shall be carried out upto 12.0M height)

M&L driiling holes with 10 mm to 20mm dia and 75 to 100mm deep as required and filling the holes after inserting of reinforcement dia 8 to 16mm for anchoring at ends/shear connector and filled the holes with two component polyester resin anchoring grout (two pack system consist of 1 part of resin and 2 hardner part) hole with Fosroc Lokfix E55 S / E45T @ 150gm per holes with all necessary scaffolding ,machinery,tools tackels and men materials complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Fosroc Lokfix E55 S / E45T or equivalent in Dr Fixit/STP/Seika/ bostik/Choksey chemicals/ Thermax ltd / BASF/Asian paints/Hindcon Chemicals/Hilti . Note : 1.reinforcement shall be paid and measured separately. 2. The work shall be carried out through approved company authorised applicator & upto 12m height.

M & L for perparation the surface and applying 40mm thick in layers ,each layer n.exc 20mm thick with polymer modifed mortar (PMM) on sufcace of slab/columns/beams/chajjas/ parapet /roof projection/balcony/staircase with Fosroc Renderoc SP40 or equivalent in Dr Fixit/STP/Asian paints / Sika / Bostik/CICO/Choksey chemicals/ Thermax ltd/Hindcon chemicals including all necessary scaffolding, man and material complete all as specified and directed . Note : The work shall be carried out through approved company authorised applicator & upto 12m height.

M & L for 10mm thick cement plaster CM 1:3 with added intigral waterproofing compound incl preparation on new plaster surface & applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of primer. Fosroc Conplast WL Extra or equivalent in Dr Fixit/ACC/ L&T/STP/Bostik/Sika/ CICO/Choksey chemicals/ Thermax ltd as per manufacturer instruction including all scaffolding ,machinery,tools tackels and men materials and clearing of debries complete. Note : The work shall be carried out through approved company authorised applicator and upto 12.0M height. (WPC will be measured & paid seperately)
