Dewatering/bailing out muddy staganated water from pool of capacity 1444 Cum ,diving pool of capacity 1280 Cum & balancing tank of capacity 335 Cum manually or with the help of non clogging pumping set,inner wall scrapping out silt,algae etc from side wall and floors by cleaning steel wire brush ,brooming etc and washing the side walls and floor with caustic soda solution and washing again with clear water after washing the same with caustic soda solution. Note :- Contractor shall provide necessary arrangement at his own cost no extra cost shall be paid on this account.

M & L for collection of water sample from balancing tank , Main pool area & diving Pool Area as directed by Engineer-in-charge in clean/sanitized bottle of capacity 01 ltr in front of MES rep,carrying out the biological and chemical analysis test from the Govt approved laboratory and submit the test result to Engineer-in-Charge for each sample complete after 15 days of each month all as directed.

M & L alternator coupling complete with washer ,nut,bolt suitable for 50 KVA to 160 KVA DG set diesel Engine set all as specified and directed.

Repair to alternator of DG set 250 KVA to 625 KVA, servicing, greasing of alternator, cleaning the dust including replacement of defective rectifier of suitable capacity, testing complete of alternator for out put voltage and load complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of suction sweeper assembly made out of MS sheet of suitable size as per existing including plastic bristles (brush) for cleaning of floor of swimming pool and inlet pipe 40m dia GI pipe approximate 6 inch long for dewatering duly welded and other end threaded on suction sweeper assembly along with plastic wheels and two movable hinges for lifting the assembly during operation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M/L for Maintenance and servicing of DG Set of capacity 625/500 KVA complete including following :- (a) Draining out engine oil from the chamber cleaning the chamber thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level, (b) Draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel (c) Material & Labour of fuel filter set (d) Material & Labour of lubricating oil filter set (e) Material & Labour By pass filter set (f) Checking & cleaning air cleaner (g) Check and topping up coolant level (h) Checking the starting batteries and filling with electrolyte/Distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity. Cleaning of Battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors (j) Checking and clearning exhaust system including removing of deposited carbon in exhuast pipe. (k) Adjustment /setting of V Belt and fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer (l) Checking, cleaning and servicing of self stater, Alternator, sensors etc. (l) Testing of DG set at connected load all as directed by the Engr in charge. Note:- (a) Engine oil, Fuel filter, Coolent, Fuel Pipe, oil filter, bypass filter, water filter, Hose pipe, circulation pipe, return pipe, oil pressure pipe, petroleum jelly, waste cloth, seal, gaskets etc are to be provided by the contractor and the cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b) Engine oil /Spares/filters of make reccomended by OEM will only be used for servicing of DG set

M & L rubber coupling nut bolt & washers of DG set complete and alignment of DG set engine with alternator including complete all as directed. Note : Cost T&P required for dismantaling of alternator and engine for replacement of rubber coupling will deemed to be included in quoted rate (a) 15 KVA to 20 KVA DG Sets

All as per item No. 1 here in before but for 25/30KVA DG Set.

M & L for dismantling the dynamo 12 volt DC of DG sets and transporting to work shop for carrying out overhauling by replacing all unserviceable spares including complete re-winding, reassembling and refixing the same to DG sets including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting existing pumpset (with electric motor) and foundation of capacity 20 HP with spary paint carefully after taking out the motor from foundation and assemble after painting as per approval complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L belt of alternator suitable for 500 KVA to 625 KVA Cummins DG set complete all as specified and as dorected by Engr - in- Charge.

M & L in replacement Solenoid switch suitable for DG Sets (a) 15 KVA to 50 KVA DG Set

M & L starter gear ring complete with washer ,nut,bolt suitable for 50 KVA to 160 KVA DG set diesel Engine set all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- For DG Set 1. It is submitted that items catered under Fixing only shall be issued by the department to contractor and collection of items & transporation shall be arranged by contractor. 2. During entire cotract period any defective compenents/or any other materials which is not specified in Sch 'A' but required repair/replacement to make plant/machinery fully functional, the cost of same shall be deemed included in quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on this account. 3. Old Unsv material retrived from site shall be transport and deposited to AGE E/M store yard as per direction of Engr-in-Charge rates are deemed to be included in quoted rates. 4. The transfortation and other necessary equipments include in quoted rates and arranged/brought by the contractor, hence the bidder is advised to visit the site and assess the quantum of the work to be carried out in the contract and quote their rate accordingly.

M & L for draining existing radiator, cleaning thoroughly the radiator fins by air blower recharging the chemically treated coolant including replacement of all water hose pipe suitable for DG sets (a) 15 KVA to 20 KVA DG Sets

Fixing only Battery Charger, 3 phase , input AC 170-270 volts , output 12/24v,DC, 10A rating for charging the batteery of 12/24 Volts , mounted on DG sets panel complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Material and labour for painting existing LT panel and foundation angle iron with spary paint carefully after taking out the panel from foundation and refixing after painting as per approval complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for recharging of battery Cap 180 AH 12 Volts including replacement for electrolyte and distilled water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per item No. 1 here in before but for 82.5/62.5 KVA DG Set.

Taking out defective fuel injection pump transporting to work shop and clearning of injectors nozzles and overhauling complete including calibrating and re-fixing the same including testing the DG Set to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) 15 KVA to 20 KVA DG Sets

M & L water manifold complete with washer ,nut,bolt suitable for 50 KVA to 160 KVA DG set diesel Engine set all as specified and directed.

(j) Straight brush clip all as specified and directed.
