Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 750KVA net output for Item No 1 and 320 KVA net output for item No 2 after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof type, with two end shield ball / Roller bearing IP 23 enclosure brushless design with damper winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000, IS: 13364, and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation with in + 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722. (i) Insulation class - 'H' (ii) Temperature rise Class - 'H' (iii) Excitation : Self Excited (iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with + 1%, manual voltage adjustment within + 5% . (v) Frequency regulation + 1%

Diesel engine :- Diesel engine of suitable BHP for 750 KVA DG Set and 320 KVA DG Set and, turbo charged, water cooled , and electric start suitable to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, multi cylinder four storke, cold starting, 1500 RPM industrial type as per BS-5514 or IS-3046 with electronic governor for A-1 governing suitable to regulate speed of DG set from No load to full load complete with fuel tank of cap as per manufacturer recommendations, fuel lines and residential silencer mufflers etc for continuous operation and standard accessories, sump pre heaters etc all as specified and directed. AMF Panel :- (For 750 KVA / 320 KVA DG Set) Considerly of cubical body outdoor type ,dust and vermin proof made up of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated outdoor type confirming to IP 53 with front and rear opening with louvers and mounted on floor with brick / PCC pedastal pillers with a clearence of atleast 0.3 m above ground level with following accessories- (i) Microprocesser based automatic ON if main failure logic including wiring. (ii) Micro processer based Digital multimeter for Current ,Voltage ,KW,KVA, OT, and CWT etc. (iii) Power Contactors of suitable capacity for generator and mains supply. (iv) Over load relay for genset . (v) Suitable rating isolating switch MCCB / MCB. (vi) Emergency stop push button. (vii) Set of indicators :- (a) Low lube oil pressure (b) DG set over load. (viii)Push button to start stop . (ix) Set of insrtumant fuse (x) Set of aluminium bus bar of suitable capacity 3 ph ,4 wire system . (xi) Automatic battery charging unit with DC voltmeter , Ammeter and selector switch for trickly / Boost charging (xii) By pass arrangement of main supply when AMF circuit fail due to fault with provn suitable rating changer overs and switches. (xiii) Hooter (xiv) VMR (xv) ACB 4 Pole, 415 Volts of suitable capacity for 750 KVA DG Set and MCCB 4 pole 415 volt AC of suitable capacity for 320 KVA DG Set all as required complete with copper bus bar all as per standard engineering practice and as per manufacturer recommendations. (xvi) HRC fuses for protection as per standard enginering practice and manufacturer recommendations for protection of meters etc. (xvii) Extended Rotary handle for MCCB 4 pole 415 volt

Control System -: (i) Gen set controller microprocessor based multifunctional with LED display for engine water tempertaure, Lub oil pressure, Engine RPM, Engine shut down display , total Hrs run and suitable for protection against high water tempertaure, low lub oil pressure, over speed and battery charger failure. (ii) Digital multi functional meter with LED display suitable to display all electrical parameters of individual phase such as Voltage, Current, frequency, KVA, KW, power factor and having RS 485 communication port complete with approriate CTs and control wiring.

Electric starter equipment :- The equipment will comprise the followings :- (i) Maint free Battery duly initial charged & Battery lead of adequate capacity Make of battery as recommended by manufacturer. (ii) Starter motor. (iii) Starter gearing. (iv) Start/stop push button. (v) Alternator of suitable capacity to charge the batteries while DG set is running complete with auto cut out all as per manufacture recommendations.

Fuel Tank :- Fuel Tank of adequate capacity 1000 Ltrs continuous run on full load with calibrated level (Fuel level indicator), , drain plug,,Fuel inlet / out let , Air vent and inlet arrangement for direct filling including suitable size gate valve in outlet tank to be fitted at suitable height and inside the enclosure.

Civil works :- All civil works including PCC plat form (size as per OEM recommendation) for DG Set, cable trench, including foundation for panel and equipments including making good and existing structure of disturbed during installation and commissioning of Genset. The depth of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer.The rate deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Note :- (i) The contractor shall arrange load bank (Resistance type) for testing of DG Set at site including necessary cable connections, metering etc and the cost deemed to be including in quoted rate. (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including of One hour 110% load in presence of officer detailed by the accepting Officer, all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests including Fuel complete. (iii) Acoustic Enclosure:- Powder coated weather proof canopy. Engine and alternator mounted on AVM mounts, with silencer and SS exhaust below optimised to meet stringent CPCB norms for sound and emission, Baserail with drawout type fuel tank, drain plug, inlet and outlet connections, airvent, level gauge etc or recommended by OEM suitable for 750 KVA & 320 KVA DG Set. (iv) The DG Set shall comply to the emission limits requirement as per latest Govt of India, Gazette notification. The DG Set shall be complied with all test requirements as stipulated in the gazette notification. All relevant test results from NABL accredited lab shall be produced to AGE(I). (v) The complete DG Set shall be procured from authorised OEM of the manufacturer of engine . A certificate in this connection shall be submitted to the AGE(I). (vi) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board. (vii) The generating set batteries and Isolator control panel should be inside the enclosure. Volt and AH of batteries as per OEM recommendation. (viii) Fuel tank should be in side the enclosure. (ix) Sound Insulation :- 100 mm thick rock wool (64kg/Cum) (x) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit. (xi) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated plat form. (xii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. (xiii) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by LED Lamp fittings. (xiv) The noise level should be 75 dBA at 1M under free field conditions.

(xv) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade. (xvi) Rubber Matting of LV grade 19mm thick of suitable size chequred type ISI marked should be provided in front of control panel. (xvii) Anything missed out above but technically required for efficient working of DG Set is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (xviii) All other necessary arrangement required at site shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 500 Sqmm. 3.5 core Confirming to relevant IS including lugs, glands, etc all required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 185 Sqmm. 3.5 core Confirming to relevant IS including lugs, glands, etc all required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding above 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes,taking out cable, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L sand cushioning to PVC cable with river/tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured).

Supply & laying Precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm Crushed stone aggregate in making good the road surfaces etc. complete all as directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

M & L for boring in any type of soil under road/wall/floor 1.5 mtr below the top surface of road/wall/floor by conventional method complete for passing through 40 mm to 150 mm dia GI pipe and filling earth after laying of pipe including disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Pipe will be paid and measured seperately. Any damage to existing cale/ pipe line of ant type will made good by the contractor without any extra cost.

M&L for GI tubing of size 150 mm bore light grade ISI marked for protection of under ground cable on poles/walls/under road crossing for etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm by welding of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 40 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc including taking out old un-serviceable earthing, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I., (ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe up to 7.5m for protection of earth strip and 32X6 mm GI strip up to 7.50 m length (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

Supply and fix GI strip 32mm x 6mm buried in ground complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-charge

S&F of chain link fancing with angle iron post 50x50x6mm placed at every 3 mtr apart 30 cm in groung embeded in cement concerete 1:3:6 (30x30x45cm) corner and every corner post to be strutted with (50x50x6cm) angle iron provided, fixed and fitted with posts 50x50x4 mm including structrual stell work riveted , bolted or welded in built up section trusses and frame work including cutting hoisting (height up to 10 mtr) fixing n position and applying a primer coat of approved steel primer including two coat of synthetic enamel paint including provision of steel gate made of angles, tees, square bars, flats with holefast and fittings complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-charge
