M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius in cm 1:6 etc including demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as follows:- (a) Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof including mud phuska also taking down existing APP membrane & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m where directed, all as specified. (b) M&L for applying Pitch free PU based Liquid applied single component elastomeric seamless, water and vapour membrane system for concrete @ 2.50 Kg/M2 (02 Coats). Typical application will include roofs, podium, balconies, floor slabs, suspended floors, patios, bathrooms, inspection pits, swimming pool, bridge decks, Conforming Tensile Strength (2N/mm2) (ASTM D412)/Tear resistance (15 KN/m) (ASTM D624-00) and Crack bridging (ASTM C 836/ASTM c 1305 modified) 2mm. After 72 hours of curing, flood test can be carried out to a minimum depth of 50 mm of water for 24 hours. Drains shall be plugged and barriers placed to contain the water. (c) M&L for providing and applying polyurethane liquid applied roof waterproofing with improved water ponding capability, thermal insulating Elastomeric high build liquid membrane for concrete roofs for exterior wall and exposed surface with solid content not less that 60 % and solar reflectance Index 106 as per (ASTM E-1980-19)/ Tear strength ~ 20 N/mm (Free film, 14 days, + 300 C) (ASTM D4541). Note :- (i) For roof treatment and sunken treatment shall be applied by the Company’s authorised applicator firm only. (ii) Contractor has to get prior approval of applicator or authorised agency by submitting its authorisation letter to this office for approval prior to commencement of work. Department will conduct an official verification from the manufacturer of its authorised agency. (iii) Submission of 10 years warranty certificate for Roof Treatment and 5 years warranty for Sunken treatment is mandatory after completion of work. (iv) The cost of scaffolding, temporary supports work, if required at certain places is included in the respective items catered for repair itself. No extra cost shall be paid for the same

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs / benching / coved fillets etc rounded or chamfered on edges, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling padding course over RCC roof surface to receive APP membrane or alike/in floors, with approved water proofing compound all as per manufacturer's instructuions on the roof surface to achieve requisite slope all as specified and directed. (Note :- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately).

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and fixing of chicken wire gauge where directed all as specified and directed. Note : (i) WPC and chicken wire gauge will be measured and paid separately.(ii) Rates of taking down cement plaster are included.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on faces of brick work or conc work finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling/roof top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on faces of brick work or conc work finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement including two coats of oil distempering over 1mm thick wall puty over a coat of primer on newly plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 05 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling/roof top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including three coats of white washing on new plastered surfaces of on ceiling surface including preparation of surface all as specifiedand directed.

Supply only chicken wire mesh 22 gauge of size not less than 20X20mmall as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over 1 mm thick wall putty all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying acrylic thick wall care putty on internal/external surfaces of walls/ceilings (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior/interior painting complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall/Ceiling surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sqm/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from walls/RCC surfaces/ceiling/chajjas/roof projections etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing treated surfaces on walls/ceilings and applying 01 coat of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 20 sq.m/litre/1 coat by using roller to wall/ceiling surfaces including filling wall putty in depressions, sand papering etc and making the surface smooth and applying a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of existing treated surfaces and applying 01 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any existing shade, @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes of dia 20 mm SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 inlcuding all fittings i.e.Brass elbow, Brass Tee, Male threaded Brass adaptor, Female threaded brass adaptor, unions ball valves, flange and tank adaptor etc) concealed including cutting chases to brick wall/ceiling or laying in floors/trenches and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes of dia 25 mm SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 inlcuding all fittings i.e.Brass elbow, Brass Tee, Male threaded Brass adaptor, Female threaded brass adaptor, unions ball valves, flange and tank adaptor etc) concealed including cutting chases to brick wall/ceiling or laying in floors/trenches and making good complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate of dismantling PVC water tanks are included.

S&F 25 mm ball valve high pressure of PTMT with apoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete or filling in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab (not exceeding 45cm depth of sunken) as specified below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) applying 15 mm plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC on raised verticle surface (b) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing lose material like dust particles, dirt etc. (c) Creating fillet coving of 50x50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and walls. (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and verticle surface. (e) Provision of glass fiber mesh of 2 x 2 mm immediately on above coating (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs (g) Cement concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirment (h) Joining the saintary pipes with the water proofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.5 mm (j) Filling the gap between the wall opening and saintary pipe with non shrink cementatious grout. (k) Providing 40 mm bore GI pipe spout length 15 cm beyond external surface of the wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Dr. Fixit/Fosroc/STP Note: (i) PCC filling in sunken portion will be measured seperately. (ii) Rates for Demolition of ement concrete(unreinforeced) of any description and in any position for sunken portion (below or above ground level) Note : Complete treatment/work to be executed by the approved applicator.Warranty to be given by the applicator firm of 5 years in writing.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) Premium (1st qulaity) straight edges, glazed ceramic coloured tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in matching coloured polymer based grout to match over and incl 20 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates of dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling including CM bedding are included.

M&L 600/x300x7/mm / 450x300x7mm mm thick Premium (1st qulaity) straight edges, glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical sufaces such as skirting or dado set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in matching coloured polymer based grout to match the shade of tiles including 10mm backing coat in CM 1:4. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates of dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling including CM bedding are included.

S&F in repair, vitreous china squatting pan "ORISSA" pattern white, of size 580x440mm with integral foot rest, CI 'P' trap etc including PVC low level flushing cistern 10 liter capacity, valveless, syphonic action type with float, handle including 32mm dia PVC flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density, 01 x PVC connection 15 mm dia and 450mm long & bracket etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern)/Wall Hung, white complete, including white seat cover with hinging arrangement, including PVC low level flushing cistern 10 liter capacity, valveless, syphonic action type with float, handle including 32mm dia PVC flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density, 01 x PVC connection 15 mm dia and 450mm long & bracket etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for vitreous China urinals,full stall urinal (back or corner wall type), complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe. (Exclusive of fixing supply pipe to flushing cistern, trap and waste pipe) and including Urinal spreader of PTMT any colour for fixing with 15 mm dia pipe. (Minimum weight 60gms). complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin counter shank with green/black granite slab to be cut and polished at site as per requirement, brackets, 32mm bore brass chromium plated waste coupling & 32mm bore low density polythelene (LDPE) flush pipe of pressure 6Kgf/Sqcm (1.00M long,) including 15mm bore 450/600mm length PVC connection with PTMT nuts and fancy type CP Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed including Brass chromium plated bottle traps for wash basins with inlet and outlet screwed for pipe or connections including necessary packing, union and cap and fixed complete all as specified and directed. Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of but of Frame size 65x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 35 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws including 03 x 100 mm long SS butt hinges, 02 x 150 mm long aluminium handles and 02 x 150 m long barrel tower bolts all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : chowkats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each are included complete all as specified and directed.

M&L anodised aluminium frames for doors, windows with one or moe rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc. including power coating minimum thickness of power coating shall be 50 micron as per the specification) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium windows and ventilator shutters, side hung type, without sash bars aluminium saction weighing 0.55 kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws, powder coated aluminium fitting such as peg stay 150mm long (1 no) hinges type B21 100 mm long (2 No) suitable handle (1No) including aluminium grill and wire mesh complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rates of taking down steel window/ventilators (not exc 1.5 sqm each) included.

S & F in repair for 5.5mm thick sheet glass(tinted),selected quality and glazing with necessory arrangement in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters door/window/cupboard of any description (Wooden/aluminium/iron/Glass) of any material and any type exc 1 Sqm but n exc 2 sqm each and repairing work in all respects including and refixing in same opening all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of New external plastered wall surface complete all as specified complete all as specified and applying the following :- (a) Applying wall care putty in two coats on wall surface and smoothening the surface with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as complete all as specified and directed. (b) two coat of exterior acylic emulsion by using Roller over and incl a coat of acrylic emulsion external primer and putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and apply on external wall surface complete all as specified complete all as specified and applying the following :- (a) Applying wall care putty in two coats on wall surface and smoothening the surface with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as coomplete all as specified (b) two coat of exterior weather coat emulsion by using Roller over and incl a coat of acrylic emulsion external primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coat of oil Acrylic emulsion distemper of approved tint on old prepared surface by using Roller over complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapiing down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of white washing on old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade galvanise with all fitting and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, bore of pipe 15 mm complete all as specified. (Note: Rates of taking down of 15 mm GI Pipe are included.)

S&F GI tubing 20 mm bore medium grade galvanise with all fitting and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, bore of pipe 20 mm complete all as specified. (Note: Rates of taking down of 20 mm GI Pipe are included.)

Supply and fix tubes medium grade steel tubing 25mm dia laid to walls/floors etc. (Note Rates of taking down of 25 mm GI Pipe are included.)
