AIR HANDLING UNIT : Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of double skin construction Air handling unit for operation of supply and return air application capacity not less than 12000 CFM all as suitable for item 2 above, indoor type, draw through type of sectionalized construction, factory made, floor mounted made of 25mm thick modular AHU panels with GI casing of thickness 24 Gauge outside layer sand 24 Gauge inside layer injected with CFC free plyure than efoam (PUF) of 40kg/cum&25mm+/-2mm thick density insulation complete with blower section, chilled water cooling coil section, filter section with muffler and access door to attend the motor/fan with lighting provisions and all accessories including necessary PCC foundation with vibration isolators all as specified and as directed by Engneer-in-charge including comprising of following :-

(i) Cooling coil of 6 row deep copper tube with aluminium fins minimum 12 fins/inch with automatic controlled anti-freeze thermostat. (ii) Blower section complete with blower AMCA certified centrifugal fan (s), belt drive back word curved fans, vibration isolators. 50mm static pressure is considered for weather maker suitable for desired static pressure as specified, with minimum 2 bends GSS eliminators with suitable capacity TEFC squirrel cage induction motor (IP-55 and class F insulation) for operation on 3 phase 415 volt 50HZ AC supply with belt driven pulley. The fan section should be mounted on anti vibration spring isolation and free from main section. (iii) 50mm thick wash able type pre-filters with filter element made out of synthetic non woven media supported by HDPE mesh on both side including stitching in diamond pattern complete including frame and suitable for efficiency 90% down to 10 micron EU-3 Type as per BS6540 Part-I complete with mounting frame work. (iv) Secondary dry type clean able and easily maintain able air filter supported by GI wire and folder to form accordion plate having an efficiency of 99% down to 5 micron EU-5 TYPE complete with mounting frame works. (v) Drain connection, stainless steel (SS304Grade) drain pan and with necessary GI pipe for drain out the condemn sate to the open drain of the building. (vi) Humidification system complete with mono block pumps to suitable size, water tank, pipeline & sprinkler as required at site with fully automatic arrangement for operation with humidistat.

CONDENSER WATER PUMPSET : Supply, Installation & commissioning centrifugal mono block pump set suitable capacity for condensing unit for water cooled chiller unit 30 TR @ standard flow rate to maintain desired temp all as per item no 2 above (1 working+1standby) factory assembled & tested for rated efficiency complete with motor & common base frame, coupling guard etc. for re-circulation of condensed water from cooling tower to condenser for the air conditioning system. The pumps shall be suitable for operation on 415±10%Volts, 50Hz, 3Phase AC power supply all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:-KSB/Crompton Graves / Beacon/Kirloskar. The pump characteristic of centrifugal pump set shall be as follows:(a). Minmum Water flow rate - 122.5 USGPM (approx) (b). Static Head - 18 M (c). Impeller - Bronze Note: Each pump set & connected Items shall be measured as one unit/job Scope of work:(a) 1 No.- mono block type pump(b)1No.-Suitable HPTEFC squirrel cage induction motor with class 'F' insulation 2900 rpm synchronous speed, operating on 415+ 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply.(c) Lot- Mounting frame with Anti vibration pads.(d) Lot-PCC cement concrete foundation for the pump unit as per manufacturer's instruction all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/GE (1 working simultaneously & 1 standby---Each of 100% capacity).

CHILLED WATER PUMP SET : Supply, Installation & commissioning centrifugal mono block pump set suitable capacity for chilled water system for water cooled chiller unit 30 TR or higher capacity @ standard flow rate to maintain desired temp all as suitable for item no 2 above (1working+1standby), factory assembled & tested for rated efficiency complete with motor & common base frame, coupling guard, cladded insulation etc. for re-circulation of chilled water for the air conditioning system. The pump shall be suitable for operation on 415±10%Volts, 50Hz, 3 Phase AC power supply complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:-KSB/Crompton Graves/ Beacon/ Kirlosker. The pump characteristic of centrifugal pump set shall be as follows: (a). Minimum Water flow rate - 105 USGPM (approx) (b). Static Head - 18 M( Approx) (c). Impeller - Bronze. COOLING TOWER: Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of FRP cooling tower of capacity not less than 50 TR (approx150% of full load capacity) heat rejection capacity with FRP water basin PVC fillings with integral louver sand drift eliminators complete with hot water basin either fitted with spray nozzle s or having self rotating sprinklers, statically & dynamically balanced axial flow type fan direct driven or driven through reduction gear box with TEFC induction motor, suction screen, make up quick filling arrangement, overflow and drain connections with necessary valve sand suitable inspection ladder, access arrangement for cooling lower interior, installed on MS girders (MS-I sections) fixed in masonry foundations with cement concrete footing, second class brick work and cement mortar 1:6; all accessories, basin fittings, fan, fan motor suitable for 415 Volt supporting structure, anti vibration mountings etc. complete and 50HZ power supply having isolator panel with MCB at cooling tower and with following technical data.(a) Water flow/tower 184.0 USGPM (minimum) (b) Inlet Water Temp. 97 °F(c) Out let water Temp. 90 ˚F. Note: Old foundation for existing cooling tower to be demolished and new foundation to be made as per the OEM recommendation and EIC direction, rate for the same shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing of PVC sheathed armoured copper cable of size 10 Sqmm 4 Core (For AHUs & Winter heaters), superior quality, laying over GI slotted cable tray including necessary supports and frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of PVC sheathed unarmoured copper cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 2core (from control cable from water flow switch to pump panel etc), superior quality, laying over GI slotted cable tray including necessary supports and frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing control cable PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor 3core 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volt grade and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note for item No 10 to 14:- GI slotted cable tray including necessary supports and frame work will be measured and paid separately as per relevant item. However necessary fixing arrangements required at site shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate for the above items.

Supply and fixing of GI slotted cable tray 50mm high in 16 SWG. 100 mm width including necessary supports and frame work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth electrode not less then 1.5Mtr below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 25x4mm as earth lead by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel connected to earth test point including earth strip from earth electrode to test point, GI pipe 40mm dia light grade as protection pipe and 20mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering pipe of required length including charcoal dust, common salt, excavation and earthwork earth pit with PCC1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm graded stone aggregate, pre cast RCC cover 40mm thickness reinforced with 3Nos TMT bars 8mm dia both ways, funnel with wire mesh, testing and rest as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR-I including complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earthing strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter length shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. Earthing strip beyond 7.5 meter shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 25mmx4mm thick GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chasers burieding round or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

PIPING FOR CONDENSED WATER : Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of M S Pipes class 'C' confirming to IS : 1239/3589 heavy grade of size 100 mm bore with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes for condenser water pipes line with complete fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, reducers, flanges, anchor, fasterners, thrust blocks, wooden blocks, special fittings, suspension hangers with suitable supports etc. including painting with synthetic enamel paint with approved colour code complete all as specified and directed of following size . .

As per Ser item No 20 but size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

PIPING FOR CHILLED WATER: Supply, laying/fixing, testing and commissioning the following nominal sizes of chilled plumbing pipes MS‘C’CLASS as per IS:1239, inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fitting like flanges, union etc. but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) cut to required lengths and welded at joints and inclusive of accessories like elbows, tees, reducers, sockets etc of size 80 mm dia complete with and including insulation 40 mm thick closed cell chemically cross linked fire retardant polyethylene foam insulation of density 30Kg/cum. The thermal conductivity of the material should not exceed 0.035W/M katan average temp of 40 deg Covered with aluminium faced foil complete with application with rubber based adhesive Pidilite SR 998 and 50mmx3mm thick self adhesive tape on both longitudinal & transverse joints simultaneously, all as specified and repairing damage to building etc. and conforming to the specified specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of water piping with GI pipe heavy grade 25mm dia and necessary fitting like elbows, tees, reducers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 5000 Ltr PVC Make Up tank three layer, white, including overflow Valve, float Valve and connection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old foundation for existing water tank to be demolished and new foundation to be made as per the OEM recommendation and EIC direction, rate for the same shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of PVC Expansion water tank for chilled water make up water 500 ltrs. The Tank duly insulated with 50 mm thick fire retarding quality expanded polystyrene of density 20 Kg/Cum and finished with sand cement plaster over chicken wire mesh and painted with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade. Note: Quoted unit rate shall be included cost of make up tank, foundation if needed, thermal insulations, over flow valve, float valve and outlet GI pipe complete.GI pipe required for making inlet connection of tank shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

SA / RA DUCTING: Supply, fabricate and fixing GI duct of suitable size fabricated at site to match with the existing system with GI/PGI sheet of grade 120 class VII confirming to IS:655 ducting confirming to SMACNA standards air distribution system comprising of supply air ducts necessary support to duct will be provided using 25 x 25 x 4mm angle iron or frame duly welded and will be fixed at site as per standard engineering practice for central air conditioning of building including inter connectors as required from AHU units to the space to be air-conditioned with suitable supporting arrangements of suitable thickness including necessary supports, hangers, fasteners, nuts-bolts, gaskets, splitter, vanes etc and making good the disturbed surface with finished to match with the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) 20 Gauge Factory fabricated Duct

Supply and laying of thermal insulation of duct with 13mm thick nitrite foam sheet insulation having density 50kg/cum and fixing with adhesive as per the recommendation of the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 65 mm three way Disc S.S PN 1.0 motorised modulating valves with modulating motor and thermostat etc. complete with fittings like elbows, tees, reducers, bends, MS flanges, supports, welding etc. as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 50 mm three way motorised modulating valves with modulating motor and thermostat etc. complete with fittings like elbows, tees, reducers, bends, MS flanges, supports, welding etc. as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: If any other type of valve is needed for efficient functioning of plant, same shall be fixed by contractor without any extra cost. If required size of valve is not given in any item then same shall be paid in next lower size available in items.

LT PANEL: Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following Indoor type LT panel suitable to be mounted on the floor/cable duct/wall as per site requirement using M.S channel framework, with cable entry from bottom /as directed by EIC with removable gland plates with required knock-outs for incoming and out going cables. Panel shall be fabricated out of CRCA sheet 2mm thick steel folded and braced as necessary to provide a rigid support for all components, totally enclosed and degree of protection shall not be less than IP-42, multi-tier cubicle type formation with front hinged lockable doors for the individual feeders /compartments, preparation of surface and treatment by seven tank process, powder coated with approved colour for not less than 50 microns and all doors and covers shall be fully gasket using good quality EPDM gasket and/ or rubber strips, and to provide good quality locking arrangement, durable door opening & closing mechanism, Copper busbar for three phases and neutral, busbar insulators, heat shrinkable PVC sleeves etc, with necessary interconnections as specified in Technical specifications for electrical & mechanical works, including comprising of following switchgear and accessories complete in all respects. Note:(i) Contractor shall submit GA drg for approval of GE before placing order. (ii) Each switch gear shall separate cubical (iii) Cable alley shall be provided at side of panel with adequate size width (iv) Each out going shall have Amp meter & ON / OFF indicator lamp

Outgoing (a) For AHU :-(i) 63Amp. 16KA, 415VTP MCCB, with starter suitable for AHU Fan motor rating, AC 3 duty 415V, 50Hz, 3 Phase motor, Voltage and Amp meter with suitable rating CTs, ON/OFF switch complete all as specified and directed.-01 No (ii) The starter shall be with single phase prevention and electronic timer, with sufficient auxiliary contacts for remote ON/OFF indication lamps, bi-metallic thermal overload relay of suitable size current rating, ON/OFF pushbuttons suitably wired and interconnected with 4.0Sq.mm single str and PVC copper wire, etc, complete in all respects. (b) For Heater Bank 63Amp. 16KA, 415VTP+NL MCCB with adjustable thermal settings-01 Nos & 06 No MCB 20 Amps SPN with suitable size wiring complete all as specified and directed. (c) For Humidifier 32Amp. 16KA, 415V TPN MCB with adjustable thermal settings-01 Nos with suitable size wiring complete all as specified and directed. (d) Winter heating Controlling system complete with humidity control with thermostat, humidistat and metering/auto controlling including interlocking arrangement on ON / OFF switches and necessary wiring. LT Panel : Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT Panel CPRI approved feeder pillar box indoor type platform mounted, suitable for accommodating all MCCBs with input voltage 415 volts 3.5 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system complete all as specified and directed having aluminium bus bar installed on DMC/Epoxy insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-54 class protection and made of 2 mm thick CRCA MS sheet with front and rear opening type with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of lock with 2 keys), powder coated finish over a coat of red oxide, primer on outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside surface. The panel is installed over a platform of suitable size with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using with 40mm crushed stone aggregate 20cm in thick in foundation and of height upto 0.5 mtr all as directed at site. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual MCCB and should be insulated with shrinkable PVC sleeves. The MCCB should be adjustable type. The scope of work includes provision of following. Note: All MCCBs should have adjustable thermal and magnetic settings

(i) MCCB 4 pole 36 kA 400 Amp with thermal setting 80-100% - 01 No (For incoming). (ii) MCCB 4 pole 36 kA 315 Amp- 01 Nos . (iii) MCCB 4 pole 25 kA 160 Amp- 01 Nos. (iv) MCCB 4 pole 25 kA 125 Amp- 01 Nos (v) Internal wiring with PVC insulated, multi stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 V grade, IS 694 marked of appropriate size but not less than 2.5 sqmm. (vi ) Digital Voltmeter & Ammeter with necessary CT's. Make : AE/Conserve/Rishabh (vii) Spare chambers for future extension of MCCBs as per requirement - 01 spare compartment. (viii) Phase indicating lamps (R-Y-B) - 01 set. Note for item No 01 to 51 above: Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for the following :-(i) Civil work for opening & widening wall, and making good the same for installation of AC plant, AHU's, pipe support, duct supports, foundation of eqpt etc for replacement of AC Plant 3x15 TR centralized AC plant at SEL section all as per manufacturer's recommendation & specification all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/GE (iii) Cutting, welding and making suitable arrangement for fixing, MS pipe line, ducting, cable etc required at site. (iv) Painting and identification flow marking on water line all as per standard norms and colour code. (v) The capacity or specifications given above are approx and as per 30TR working and 15 TR standby chiller unit, if due to any reason like market availability etc capacity of chiller unit increases then capacity of all other equipments like AHU, cooling tower, pumps, panel's MCCBs, starters etc shall be increased accordingly without any extra cost. (vi) Rate also inclusive for providing any other items which are required at site but not included in schedule without any extra cost.
