Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bendded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, of size 150 sq mm. 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bendded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, of size 25 sq mm. 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened ,PVC bendded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, of size 16 sq mm. 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 190 cm dia cable route indicator made of CI plate 8 mm thick with spike to angle iron 25 x 25 x5mm, 40 mm long makred as LT/HT cable jointing on conductor coil plate complete including fixing and excavation in soft/loose/hard/dense soil, PVC embedded block size 300x300x300 mm (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggreggate complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual mean and including passing GI pipe 80 mm bore and making good both the ends complete all as specified and as directed. . Note : Pipe and cable will be measured and paid separately

Supply and fix in replacement of GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nut, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nut, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, & getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 14 above but depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0m complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for poles, stays & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for poles, stays & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pedestal coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat , length of bricks across the route of underground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm 3 core, 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles type 410SP-31(9.0 meter long) Swan Neck Type complete with CI base plate and finial and single swan neck, Including foundation and coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commisioning of LT panel duly powder coated of suitable size outdoor cubical type factory made, weather & vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm (outdoor type) thick machine pressed with bottom frame made out of angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and 600mm long 4 legs duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate blocks of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm and 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 floor over 100mm thick sub base of brick hardcore extended 100mm on all sides below panel body complete and suitable for 415 Volt AC 3 phase, 4 strip having insulated Copper bus bar 400 Amps from pole with openable double shutter on both sides (rear and front side) with locking arrangment duly pre-wired with suitable size of copper conductor cable fitted with Incoming proper size copper lugs/thimbless and connecting the incoming MCCBs with suitable size strip duly bended and drilled and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers from bus bar to MCCBs etc duly fitted with and including the following accesories & all connected items complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in replacement Hot moulded (FRP) junction box of size 155 mm x 210 mm x 92 mm for street light pole with locking arrangement with 32 Amps, 4 way heavy duty terminal block suitable connection for three phase incoming cable three phase outgoing cable and single phase connection for light fittings with control MCB SP 2.5 Amps 01 Nos enclosed in thermoplastic box in closed shock proof safe IP 65, weather, vermin proof, dust and water proof complete with two number cable entry gland of standard size with suitable size mild steel clamps of size 25x3mm with nut and bolt to fix on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Automatic Street Light Control Switch using Infrared Sensor based Nature Switch for automatic switching of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Lux Level. Required Illuminance level for switching On is = 30 Lux and for switching OFF =10 Lux. The Circuit should be suitable enough to take Thre phase load of 5 KW with 3 nos Contactors, 3 nos incoming MCBs& 3 nos Outgoing MCBs of 16-20 Amps each & circuit wiring (Copper) of min 10 sqmm. complete all as specified and as directed.
