Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. Nominal Mix1: 4: 8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Rough Chisel dressed Sand stone 35 mm thick flooring of approved shade set over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and pointing with cement sand mortar 1:3 with pigment to match the shade of stone with joint thickness up to 15 mm complete in all respects :Red sand stone (Karauli stone)

Providing and fixing cow catcher made of R.S. joist angles channels MS rounds including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide (as per design).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(Non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth with Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 75mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :12mm thick .

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Plastic coated Designer Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required Grey/ Yellow/ Red or any other colour and pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of Coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 80 mm thick C.C. Interlocking Paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour design and pattern.
