The bidder is required to have prior work experience in works under single contract, costing not less than 70% of the estimated cost of the feeder segregation work only, or experience in works under two contracts, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the feeder segregation work only, or experience in works under three contracts, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the feeder segregation work only. The works under the above contracts should be completed works only. In case of Joint Venture (JV), the criteria of projects should be met collectively or by any member(s) of JV partner(s). The share of value of work experience shall be considered as per the share declared in the legal document executed prior to the date of award or during the currency of the contract executed in JV. If no such document is available, the share of work experience shall be equally divided among all partners. The project manager should have 15 years of experience in executing such contracts, including not less than five years as a manager. The bidder should provide information on their current commitments on all contracts that have been awarded, including the value of outstanding work and estimated completion date. The bidder should also provide details of completed works of project execution in the electrical transmission or sub-transmission and distribution sector, including the cost of the project and the percentage of cost with respect to the estimated cost of this bid. A specific format is provided for the bidder to furnish year-wise breakup of work completed during the last 7 years, including the value of work completed in each financial year from 2017-18 to 2023-24. The monetary values to be provided include the value of work completed in each financial year, with a total value of work during the period, in Rs. Crores.
