The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works such as project execution in the Electrical Transmission sector, Sub-transmission sector, Electrical distribution sector, and specific construction works like EHT lines, HT lines, LT lines, Distribution transformers, Substations, Installation of roof top solar, Decentralized distributed solar power plant, and O&M of electrical network. The bidder should meet the following minimum criteria in the past 7 years: - Experience in work under a single contract, costing not less than 70% of the estimated cost of the feeder segregation work, which is Rs. 46.87 crores (70% of Rs. 66.95 crores). - OR, experience in works under two contracts, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 26.78 crores (40% of Rs. 66.95 crores). - OR, experience in works under three contracts, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 20.09 crores (30% of Rs. 66.95 crores). The works under these contracts should be completed works only. The bidder should also submit a CA-certified undertaking for the value of specific solar work carried out, along with supporting documents. Any partner of the JV/bidder should possess a valid class "A" Electrical License applicable, issued by the Electrical Inspectorate Department, Govt. of Rajasthan, or an equivalent license from any other State in India.
