The value of similar work completed should be at least 33.33% of the estimated cost of the work, and the amount is Rs. 78.12 Lacs (33.33% of 234.51 Lacs) or Rs. 78,119.13 Lacs (33.33% of 234.51 Lacs). The bidder should have achieved an annual financial turnover of at least 33.33% of the estimated cost of the work, which is Rs. 234.51 Lacs, in any one of the last seven financial years, with a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 78.12 Lacs.
