The bidder should have completed at least one similar nature work in the last seven financial years, with a value of not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the work, updated to the present price level. The bidder should have achieved an annual financial turnover of at least 60% of the estimated cost of the work in any one of the seven financial years. The bidder must provide details of total financial turnover achieved in the last seven financial years, total financial turnover projected in the current financial year, and details of quantities of works executed during the last seven financial years. The estimated cost of the work is INR 1024.66 (Rs. Ten Crore Twenty Four Lacs Sixty Six Thousand Only), so the value of similar works completed should be at least 50% of this amount, which is Rs. 5,12,33,000. The annual financial turnover should be at least 60% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 6,14,79,600.
