Assistance in daily checking of tanks from morning to evening (including Sunday and holiday if required in emergency as per instruction of EIC)of all storage tanks ( crude oil tanks, Fire-Water Tanks, LBT tanks, HSD Tanks) including and not limited to, for any leakage from manholes, cleanout doors, cleaning of tank bottom pads as well as radial drains and circumferential drains , checking of gap between weather plate and shell plate, inside pontoon box, roof drains, emergency drains, dip hatch, leak checking from leg support, breather valves, auto bleeder, cleaning of waste, scrap material from tank roof & sumps and any abnormalities etc preparation of daily report in approved format and submission to EIC including supply of labours , necessary tools, tackles etc as per instruction of EIC/Site Engineer. Necessary readings using pit gauges are to be taken in case corrosion is observed. Taking necessary corrective action under intimation to control room.Note:Unit of measurement is for daily checking of all the above tanks per month .

Cleaning and application of greasing of dyke valves along with flange stud (4nos per tank), Water-Draw Off-Product Draw Off Valves with flange stud(10 nos per tank), Roof Drain Valve with flange stud(9nos per tank), breather valves with flange stud(6 nos per tank), Shell Manholes with flange stud(6nos per tank), Clean Out Doors with flange stud(2nos per tank), Rolling Ladder Wheels(2nos per tank), Roof Manholes with flange stud (4nos per tank), Stirrer Motor Flange with flange stud (3nos per tank) as per instruction of EIC. IOCL will supply the grease. Rate is to be quoted per valve/manholes/wheels/doors. Frequency 4 times per year.

Cleaning and maintenance of 12" dyke valve by opening of valve and lapping facing of gate and greasing of valve and supply & replacing of gasket and reassembly of valves as per instruction of EIC (4 LBT tanks x (3 valves/Hume drain network) x 4times)+ (3 MIT tanks x (1 valves/Hume drain network) x 4times) + ( 2 TMTx 1 valves drain network x 4times). As per requirement

Removal of beehives from station area from all depth and all heights by suitable means and use of protective clothing. No assistance of anysorts will be provided by IOC for attending this work. Rate is per Beehive.

COMPOSITE WORKS

Tank annular plate projection sealing repair works by removal of damaged padding and strengthening of tank bottom Padding (in eroded condition) in outer shell to annular joint location approx. size (0.050M x 0.100M). Sealing with bitumen mixture/Conbextra GP2 cement of requisite grade as per the direction of EIC/ Site Engineer.

Supplying at site, steel structural items such as steel plates, bars, MS gratings, chequered plates, angles, beams channels, commercial quality heavy pipes, C.I. Rollers, bolts & nuts, washers, grouting bolts, padding plates etc., fabrication and erection of saddle supports and other type of supports for pipes manifolds and valves, fabrication and erection of platforms walkways, stairways etc., sand blast/ power brush cleaning, priming and painting the finished structures including supply of all other inputs such as labour, materials, consumable etc. necessary to perform and complete the work in all respect, in accordance with drawings, specifications and instructions of the Site Engineer / EIC.

Supplying at site, steel structural items such as steel plates, bars, fabrication of gratings by electroforged method, after complete fabrication entire gratings shall be Hot Dip galvanized, gratings shall be normany of size 810mm X 250mm for steps and 1200mm X 1000 mm or 810mm X 1000 mm for platforms / walkways, or any size as advised by EIC. Placing gratings in a replaceable mannerbolting with base frame of ISA by suitable GI clamps and GI fasteners, including supply of all other inputs such as labour, materials, consumable etc. necessary to perform and complete the work in all respect, in accordance with drawings, specifications and instructions of the Site Engineer / EIC.

Supply and application of Reflective radium sticker printing (background sticker) and applying including pasting and fixing with supply of all labourers, tools tackles, double steel scaffolding working at any height etc as per instruction of EIC. This includes painting Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters and numbers etc. for identification purpose as directed by EIC/Site-Engineer.

Replacement of existing dip hatch system sealing including supply & installation of Neoprene rubber sheet of size 20mm thick (1mx1m) as per design/drawing & specifications and inclusive of all tools, tackles, consumables, labours etc. to complete the work as per design/ technical specifications and as per the direction of EIC/ Site Engineer

CONCRETE WORK 1:3:6 [1 cement : 3 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources]

SERVICES WORKS

Transportation of various materials by tractor Trailor for leads upto 2 Km or part thereof including loading, unloading such as cement, sand, scrap, debris, metal, pipes, earth, refractory, insulation, furniture, plants etc. all such materials from one place to another place including battery area and outside battery area, all complete as per the direction of the EIC/ Site Engineer.

Biannual Tank roof Cleaning of toatal of 9 Nos. including 4 Nos. of LBTs : Scope of work includes hand tool cleaning including removal of oil, grease and other contaminants by solvent cleaning followed by removal of defective paint, loose mill scale, loose rust, loose paint, weld flux, slag from the metallic surfaces, by hand chipping, hand brushing, hand scrappers/chisels, steel wools, final cleaning with Low pressure (4000 PSI) low TDS fresh soft water jet cleaning as per the specifications and directions of Site Engineer. The scope of contractor includes supply of water, all equipment, tools, tackles etc.
