The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder must have relevant experience, and the supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption must be uploaded for evaluation by the buyer. 2. Certificate: The bidder must provide a Certificate to prove their eligibility for exemption from Experience/Turnover Criteria. 3. The bidder must be the manufacturer/OEM of the offered product on GeM to avail themselves of the purchase preference. 4. In respect of bid for Services, the bidder must be the Service provider of the offered Service. The values and percentages mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: 1. 15% price band for Non-MSE L-1 2. 20% price band for Non-MII L-1 3. 25% increase or decrease in quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. 4. 25% - The purchaser reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract. The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: 1. Certificate (Requested in ATC) 2. Documentary evidence to prove the bidder is the manufacturer/OEM of the offered product or service provider of the offered service. 3. Udyam Registration - The bidder must have a valid Udyam Registration and their credentials must be validated online through the Udyam Registration portal.
