S & F tube well cover of MS sheet 8 mm thickat top and 5 mm thick 100mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI Nipple 45 cm long and two GI flanges at both end in 80mm size passing through a hole in the center of MS sheet. A 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate. A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2 (for installation pressure gauge) shall be provided and welded with 80 mm GI nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of AC submersible pump sets with inbuilt or individual solar pump controller with Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) for optimally use the solar panel and maximize water discharge to deliver maximum water during the day including PVC flat submersible cable from controller to motor pumps.. Solar pump shall be of Stainless steel construction and performance shall be as per scope of work and minimum lift of water shall be as per defined in scope . Pump controller shall have Adequate protection against dry operation of motor pump set, and against hails and storms. Full protection against open circuit, accidental short circuit and reverse polarity should be provided. A good reliable on/off switch be provided. The cable shall be ISI marked three core PVC flat submersible cable as per IS 694:1990 or amended up to date ( standard insulation) and conductor as per class 5 of IS 8130:1980 or amended up to date. The duty condition of pump set shall be as per scope of work and entire work shall be executed as per technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and lowering in tubewell ISI marked HDPE pipe as per IS 4984:1995 or amended upto date in PE 80 grade and class PN 10 of following dia. Including HDPE/GI fitting and PVC rope confieming to IS 5175:1992 or amended upto date, along with clamping of submersible cable etc. complete in all respect.
