The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works during the last seven years. The specific requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 62.28 Cr. - Or, Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 93.41 Cr. - Or, One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 124.55 Cr. The value of executed work shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the bidder should have had an Average Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 46.71 Cr. on civil works during the last three years, and achieved an average monthly financial turnover/progress of at least Rs. 4.67 Cr. per month in any single construction work costing not less than Rs. 62.28 Cr. The evaluation of experience in similar class of works is as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between – on pro-rata basis The bidder's experience will be evaluated based on the information provided, with a maximum of 20 marks. The bidder must secure at least 50% marks in each attribute, including experience, and sixty percent marks in aggregate to become eligible for qualification in eligibility bid evaluation.
