Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with ratavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical Specification Cl 401. For grading III material.

Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. Cold twisted deformed bars (IS : 1786).

Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with steel props and removal of formwork for upto floor five level for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, staircases, balconies, girders, cantilevers, bands, coping bed plates, anchor blocks, sills, chhajjas, lintel, beam, plinth beam etc.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 404. Providing and laying , sperading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stagee to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming ,crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the uequired density grading 2 as per Technical specificating to the required density grading 2 as per Technical specification clause 405. Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providiny and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.7 to 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. Low porosity

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsoin distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg/sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Supply of mix material at plant site with composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, as per Technical Specification. Providing and laying premix seal coat using hot mix plant and paver finisher with aggregate of 6.7 mm size defined as 100% passing through 11.2 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve with .09 cum per 10 sqm and 4.5% binder including preparation and transportation of mix, spreading laying and rolling etc. complete in all respect. Including cost of binder (ii) 80/100 penetration grade straight run bitumen.

Using curing compoud (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.
