Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick .

Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation , footings, strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc.

Providing and laying Precast reinforced cement concrete Box culvert section of M-40 grade designed for 'AA' class loading as per IRC specifications including to effect of impact, EQ etc. complete on form base of 200mm thick lean concrete of M-10 grade with aggregate of size 40mm nominal of following internal size the work includes required safety measures construction of drain for diversion of flowing water cost of design of RCC Precast Box and its proof checking from IIT/MNIT Jaipur complete in all respect as per specifications Size 1.00 M x 1.00 M

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per MORTH specification clause 202.

Earth work in excavation, including stacking/disposal of surplus material with all lifts and lead up to 50 meters, exclusive of compensation of earth (MoRTH specification : Clause 301 to 305) When excavation and loading is done mechanically using Bukll Dozer, Front-end loader and carriage is done up to 1 Km. by tipper/dumper (6T capacity).

Carrige of material such as Earth, sand, lime, mooram sludge upto 3 km

Construction of rolled cement concrete base course with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383 , the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm with minimum, aggregate cement ratio 15:1 and minimum cement content of 200 Kg/Cum, aggregate gradation to be as per Table 600-4 after blending, mixing in batching plant as per mix design at optimum moisture content, transporting to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes smooth wheeled vibratory roller to achieve, the designed flexural strength, finishing and curing.

Cement of un-reinforced, without dowel bar. plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design. laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1501 including vaccum dewatering process with all reuired equipments.

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I.not more than 6, including spreading in layers not exceeding 150 mm compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P with all lead (Compacted thickness to be measured).as per MORTH specification table 400-1, 400-2 : For grading-I with CBR value not less than 30. to attain 100% proctor density

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specfic as per tabe 400-10 and 400-11 to Wet Mix Macadm specification including premixing the material with water to OMC inwet mix plant as per approved design mix, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site laying in unifrom layer with motor grade/F.E. Loader/paver finisher, in sub base/base course on a well prepared under base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. [MOTRH specification clause 406] by mechanical meand with lead up to 1 Km

Providing and fixing of Precast concrete interlocking blocks of manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine & full computerized automatic batching plant of class A-1 as per BS : 6717-2001. The C.C. interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 25 mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead, lift, lifts & taxes general specifications of blocks.1. Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface or granular base with bitumen emulsion(SS-1) as per IS: 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 6 kg /10 sqm with a self propelled of towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MORTH specification CI 502,112 ( Including cleaning of road surface )

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface ,with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2 kg /10sqm. With a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MORTH specification CI.503,112 ( Including cleaning of Road Surface )

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates as per table 510 and design mix for base/binder course including loading of material with F.E loader heating of binder aggregate and filler in approved hot mix plant as per clause 6.5 of manual transporting the mixed material by tippers and laying with sansor paver finisher as per clause 507.3.5 to the required level and grade rolling by self propelled power rollers and vibratory rollers or pneumatic tyred roller 150-250KN. TP=0.7MPa to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. [MoRTH Specification : Clause 507,112] including antistripping agent .Grading II (19 mm nominal size) - Bitumen @ minimum 4.5 % of mix (VG-30 grade) & thickness 50 - 75 mm

Providing and laying bituminous concrete as per design mix on prepared surface with specified graded stone as per table 500-18 for wearing course including loading of aggregate with F.E loader and hot mixing of binder and 2% cement filler with aggregates in approved hot mix plant as per clause 6.5 of manual Transporting the mix material with tipper to paver and laying with sensor paver finisher (as per clouse 507.3.5) to the required level , grades and rolling with vibratory compactor and pneumatic tyred roller 150-250 KN,TP=0.7 Mpa, to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat (MORTH Specification : Clause -509,112) including Antistripping Agent.Grade-I Bitumen @ minimum 5.5 % of mix with lead up to 1 KM. VG-30 grade
