Conditions : 1. The above rates shall be inclusive of Fuel and lubricants, Driver(s), other consumables, maintainance, etc. 2. In & out timings at CED(Kota) Project site shall be strictly considered for the billing/ measurement/ payment. 3. Break Down Hours and Lunch break timings shall not be considered for payment.
4. Fraction of hours shall be rounded off to nearest half an hour at the time of preparing the running bill/final bill. 5. being a strategic organisation, the driver(s) should have good credentials and shall have valid PVC, driving license and address proof. They should be in a position to understand Hindi / English also apart from local language. 6. The make or model of the vehicle should be of year 2020 or later (with BS-VI norms) for a minimum run of 1500 kms per month.The charges for extra kms over and above 1500 kms. is fixed at Rs. 7.00 per km for Non AC and Rs 9.00 per Km for AC. 7. The vehicle shall be maintained in good running condition with good upholstery, fitness, good tyres and shall commensurate with the image of BARC. The tyres of the vehicles shall be replaced periodically and always with brand new tyres and not retreated ones. 8. The vehicle should be free from all sorts of defects and will be subjected to inspection by a representative of BARC whose decision is final and binding as regards suitability of that particular vehicle. 9. The vehicle should be transport vehicle and preferably in white colour with a board " ON GOVERNMENT OF INDIA DUTY". 10. The cost of POL, maintenance of vehicle, wages of driver(s), Motor Vehicle taxes, comprehensive insurance, etc. shall be payable by the Contractor and BARC shall have no liability towards usage of the vehicle. 11. Maintenance of the vehicle including replacement of parts, fuel, etc. will be provided by the firm. 12. The cost of damages to any Government movable/immovable property in and around the site shall be entirely borne by the Contractor. 13. No revision of price shall be entertained during the period of contract.14. In case of absence of vehicle even for a day, propotionate payment towards a day will be deducted from monthly bill besides imposing a penalty of Rs. 500/- per day.

Note :
(1)Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Technician having minimum SSC with Trade certificate in Masonary/Plumber/Carpenter/Painter Trade of less than one year duration from ITI/Government Recognised Vocational Training Institute or experienced Technician retired from Government service.
(2)Deployment: The contractor shall deploy one Technician for each job as single Day work for 6 working days per week for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the technician will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account.
(3) Period of work: The contractor shall carry out number of Jobs per day as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis per day. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one Technician exclusively for the particular job.
(5) The Technician should be engage after scrutiny of by EIC of CED,BARC and approved by Competent authority and deployed by competent authority and the deployed technician will report to BARC Engineer/EIC. (6) The minimum notice period before change of technician is 1 (one) month; failing which a compensation , for not providing technical support, Rs. 1247/- per day of shortfall in notice period will be levied on contractor.
