Providing and fixing of quartz counter for drinking water and wash basins area etc. including fixing of quartz stone slab of 15mm thickness layed over16 mm SGC board. Including Iron frame made up of 50mmx50mmx4.5mm square hollow pipe in required shape and size, complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of colour coated trapezoidal lysaght TRIMDEK profile sheet Tata Blue Scope or equivalent make of 1015 mm. supply cover width and 1072 mm. effetive nominal 28.5 mm. deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the five pan at nominal 200 mm. centre to centre. The end rib shall be designed for anti capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.50 mm. Total Coated Thickness (TCT), Hi Tensile steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium Zinc alloy (55% Aluminium, 45% Zinc) as per As 1397 Zincalume AZ150 (Min. 150gms/Sq.mt total on both sides) with colorbond steel quality paint coat. The paint shall have a total coating thickness of nominal 35µm. comp rising of nominal 20µm. exterior coat on top surface and nominal 5µm. reverse coat on back surface over nominal 5µm. primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour shade by the deaetment. The steel sheet shall be fastened with nominal 40µm. zine coated or nominal 25µm zinc-tin alloy coated, Hex head, self drilling screw as per AS3566-2002 Class 3 fasteners of approved make (Buildex or equivalent) with EPDM washer as per the requirement considering the profile shape and design load. The fastener size shall be calculated as per the design or manufacturers recommendations. The profiles sheet, fastener size etc. shall be approved by the depaetment. all the accessories like gutter/ flashing/ capping shall be made from the same material (or mnufactures recommedation) which is used for main cladding application. The measurement shall be based on finished/ covered surface area.
