The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing, as a prime contractor, one Bridge Work or Lining Work or Hydraulic Structure Work or Building Work or Mechanical Work or Electrical Works or Other Civil Works, of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost or two similar works of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work or three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder should have achieved average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, of at least 30% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have experience in specific works such as earthwork, Brick Lining/Brick Work/Concrete Lining/Concrete Structures, Retaining Walls, Concrete in bridges/Cross Drainage works/Flood Protection Work, etc. The bidder should submit a certificate from the employer showing details of their share of work. The values of works can be updated to current price levels by considering the escalation factors. The bidder is required to provide information on their current commitments on all contracts that have been awarded. The bidder should have completed similar works of value not less than 80% or 50% or 40% of the estimated cost, with specific values and percentages mentioned, such as one work of 80%, two works of 50%, or three works of 40%. The bidder should provide information on the number of years of experience as a Prime Contractor, in a Joint Venture, and as a Subcontractor, with separate details for work done in their own country and in other countries. The bidder should also provide annual turnover data for the last 5 years, with the turnover amount to be given in the relevant currency. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have: - one work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, - two works of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - three works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last 3 years. The maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last three years should be updated to the price level of the year indicated. The bidder should provide information on their current commitments on all contracts that have been awarded, including the name of the contract, location, and nature of the work, contract number and date, percentage and amount of participation of the firm in the project, percentage and amount subcontracted by the firm, name and address of the client, contract value, length of the project, stipulated date of completion, value of outstanding work, and estimated completion date. The total value of the expected value of work to be carried out during the completion period of this project and the assessed available bid capacity should also be provided.
