The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Prime Contractor in their own country. * A minimum of 2 years of experience for the Site Engineer. * A minimum of 2 years of experience for the Plant Engineer. * A minimum of 2 years of experience for the Quality Control Engineer. * The Survey Engineer should be ITI qualified. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have: * Completed contracts of similar nature and complexity, with details to be provided in FORMAT (2-2): DETAILS OF CONTRACTS OF SIMILAR NATURE AND COMPLEXITY. * Completed similar works with a value of at least 25% of the contract value of the work. * Access to lines of credit and other financial resources facilities, certified by the Bankers, for at least 10% of the contract value. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed in the last seven years and as a prime contractor (or as a nominated subcontractor) one of the following: * One Bridge Work or Lining Work or Hydraulic Structure Work or Building Work or Mechanical Work or Electrical Works or Other Civil Works, of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost. * Two similar works of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work. * Three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder is also required to submit information on their "Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last three years".
