The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a Prime Contractor, in a Joint Venture, or as a Subcontractor. They need to provide information on the number of years of experience in these roles, including experience in their own country and other countries. For similar works completed, the bidder needs to provide details such as the name of the contract, location, type of works, country, value of the total contract, date of award and completion, and contract duration. They also need to provide information on their experience in similar works, including details of earthwork, brick lining, concrete lining, retaining walls, and other relevant work, along with a certificate from the employer showing details of their share of work. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, in the last seven years and as a prime contractor, one Bridge Work or similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, or two similar works of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost. For works above Rs. 5.00 Crores, the bidder needs to provide a list of similar works completed during previous years, duly supported with performance certificates, including the name of the work, estimated cost, date of start, and date of completion. The average annual financial turnover for works above Rs. 5.00 Crores should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. The bidder is also required to provide details of similar works completed, including the contract value, percentage and amount of participation, and percentage and amount subcontracted.
