Semi Skilled Technician salaries:- Wages to be paid for 04 No's Semi Skilled Technicians for 26 days in round the clock operation (04 No's X 12 Months 48) of pumps valves and also initial assistance in defect rectification subjected to fire fighting equipments.

CMC For Diesel Pump Unit Diesel engine driven centrifugal Horizontal split case fire fighting diesel engine pump set having capacity of 2283 LPM at 88m head along with all accessories with Cl casing, standard fitting, bronze impeller, Stainless Steel shaft mechanical seal with water cooled heat exchanger diesel engine, having speed of 1800 rpm.CMC Including cleaning of strainar, replacement of gaskets, flexible connectors,vibration pads if required, Greasing at greasing points, replacement of seals and arrest any leaks from fittings and makin operational for 24X7 operation in all respect Replacement of faulty pressure gauges Vibration Pads when required Any other minor repairs in all respects to make the equipment operationally available 24X7 Maintenance of all associated pipelines for painting conosion Rubber Joint replacements, arresting of any type of leaks is also included. Make: Wilo, Flow (LPM) :2283, Head (Mtr) : 80, KW :62.56 , RPM : 1800 CMC for ENGINE Unit of Diesel Engine Driven Pump (Quantity - 01 No's) :- Fuel pipe laid from diesel tank upto engine,Exhaust piping cladding with 12 mm super ceramic fiber rope including fittings, clamps steel support bends and canopy at termination point of suitable dia for the engine as per manufacturers instruction shall be included. Supply of the charge of lubricants, fuel, distilled water for battery and other consumables related to Diesel Engine shall be included.CMC including Repair/Replacement of batteries, Strating Motor Dynamo, Air & Lub Oil Filters, replacement of rubber hose/bellows, Exhaust bellows, Silencer, Belts, Jubliee Clips.Any other minor repairs in all respects to make the equipment operationally available 24X7 Maintenance of all associated pipelines for painting, corrosion, Rubber Joint replacements, arresting of any type of leaks is also included.
