The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil engineering works, specifically in areas such as roads, bridges, airports, railways, tunneling, or others. The bidder must have completed works of a certain value within a specified period. For works above Rs 5.00 Crore, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed in the last five years, as a prime contractor, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work. Another alternative is the completion of three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the estimated value of the project. The bidder is required to provide details of their experience in respect of earthwork, granular sub-base/base, RE walls, and concrete in bridges, along with a certificate from the employer showing details of their share of work. The bidder should submit a list of similar works completed during previous years, duly supported with performance certificates from the authority for whom the work has been completed. The information to be provided includes the identification number of the contract, name of the contract, location of the works, type of works, and the value of the total contract. The bidder should also provide details of the nature of the works and special features relevant to the contract, as well as the date of award and completion of the contract. The bidder should provide testimonials or certified copies of annual reports or certificates in support of their claim, as well as a certificate from the employer showing details of their share of work. The bidder is also required to provide a particular construction experience record, including the detail of work, amount, and financial year. For works from 0.50 lakh to Rs 5.00 Crore, the bidder should have a valid enlistment with Punjab Water Supply & Sewerage Board under the appropriate class and category of work. The bidder should submit an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash of up to 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation. The bidder should provide details of their available bid capacity, with an undertaking that their available bid capacity is more than the estimated value of the project/work. The maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years should be updated to the price level of the year indicated in the Appendix to ITB. The bidder should provide information on the contract duration in years and months, and whether there were any penalties, fines, stop notices, compensation, or liquidated damages imposed, and if so, the amount and explanation.
