The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in executing civil engineering works. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, in the last five years, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder's prior work experience is assessed based on the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should provide details of their experience in similar works, including the value of such works. For works above Rs 5.00 Crore, the bidder should provide a list of similar works completed during previous years, duly supported with performance certificates from the authority for whom the work was completed. The list should include the name of the work, estimated cost, date of start, and date of completion. The bidder should also provide information on their current contract commitments, including the name of the contract, location, nature of work, contract number and date, percentage and amount of participation, percentage and amount sub-contracted, name and address of the client, contract value, length of the project, stipulated completion date, and value of outstanding work. The bidder should have an available bid capacity, calculated as per clause 4.4, which should be more than the estimated value of the project/work. The Assessed Available Bid Capacity is calculated as (A* N* 2 - B), where A = Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year. The bidder should provide a certificate from their banker, stating that they have access to overdraft/credit facilities to the extent of a specified amount to meet their working capital requirements for executing the contract. The bidder should also provide an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash of up to 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation. The values and percentages mentioned include: - 80% of the estimated cost of work for one similar work - 50% of the estimated cost of work for two similar works - 40% of the estimated cost of work for three similar works - 25% of the contract value of the work for the minimum cash investment - The contract value (in Rs.) - The percentage and amount of participation of their firm in the project/work - The percentage and amount subcontracted by their firm - The value of outstanding work - The estimated completion date - The maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years.
