The required prior work experience for the bidder includes technical experience and financial qualifying criteria. Technical experience requires the bidder to have: - Erection experience of at least one 220 KV voltage or above voltage class AIS/H-GIS substation with a scope of work that includes at least 3 bays, out of which the minimum requirement is 1 transformer bay and 2 line bays. - Manufacturing experience of designing, manufacturing, testing, and supplying a 220 KV voltage or above voltage class transformer of at least 100MVA capacity during the last seven years, and it should have been in satisfactory operation for at least two years. Additionally, the bidder should provide details such as: - No of 220 KV or higher Line Bay, Transformer Bay, Bus Coupler Bay erected, tested and commissioned in the last 5 years. - No of 220 KV or higher voltage Substation erected, tested and commissioned in the last 5 years. - No. of years the above referred 220 KV or higher Line Bay, Transformer Bay, Bus Coupler Bay is in successful operation. - No. of years the above referred 220 KV or higher voltage Substation is in successful operation. For transmission line experience, the bidder should provide: - Route Length of Transmission Line (in kms.). - Tower locations (in Nos.). - Voltage level of Transmission Line (in kV). - Whether Transmission line strung with Tension Stringing Equipments (Yes/No).
