The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering works. For works above a certain value, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, in the last five years. The bidder needs to provide information on their experience in similar works, including details such as the name of the contract, location of works, type of works, and value of the total contract. The bidder is also required to provide information on their current commitments on all contracts that have been awarded, including contract value, percentage of work completed, estimated amount of work outstanding, and percentage of work outstanding. The bidder's available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bid capacity is calculated using a formula that takes into account the maximum value of civil engineering works executed, the number of years prescribed for completion of the project, and the value of existing commitments. Additionally, key personnel to be deployed on contract work are required to have minimum qualifications and experience, including: - Project/Work Manager: BE (Civil) with at least 2 years of experience - Site Engineer: BE (Civil) & BE (Elect.) or Diploma (Civil / Elect.) with at least 2 years of experience - Plant Engineer: Dip. (Mech.) with at least 2 years of experience - Quality Control Engineer: B.E. (Civil) or Dip. (Civil) with at least 2 years of experience - Survey Engineer: ITI qualified Surveyor (no specific experience mentioned)
