The bidder is required to have prior work experience, with specific details to be provided, including the number of years of experience as a Prime Contractor, in a Joint Venture, and as a Sub-Contractor. The bidder should also provide details on the years their organization has been in the business of similar works under its present name. For similar works completed, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, in the last five years. The bidder needs to provide a list of similar works completed during previous years, including the name of the work, estimated cost, date of start, and date of completion. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the estimated value of the project/work. The bidder is also required to undertake that they will be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of the work during its implementation. For works up to Rs. 5.00 Crores, the bidder needs to provide this information as part of their qualification documents. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide details of their experience in similar works, and if they propose to use named Sub-Contractor(s) for critical components of the works, or for work contents in excess of 10 percent of the value of the whole works, they should provide relevant details for the Sub-Contractor(s). The bidder's annual turnover from construction works is also required, with details of the amounts billed to clients for each year for work in progress or completed. The bid capacity of the prospective bidders will be calculated based on the maximum value of Electrical Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The required personnel and their minimum qualifications and experience for Bridge Works and Building Works are specified, including Project/Work Manager, Site Engineer, Plant Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, and Survey Engineer.
