The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, with details such as the identification number of the contract, name of the contract, location of works, type of works, country, name of employer, employer's address, nature of works, and special features relevant to the contract. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be: - one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, - or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, - or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. For works above Rs. 5.00 Crores, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. The bidder should also provide information on their experience in similar works, including the value of the total contract, date of award, date of completion, contract duration, and specified requirements. Additionally, the bidder should have availability of personnel with adequate experience, an available bid capacity more than the estimated value of the project/work, and liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of an amount not less than that indicated in the BDS. The bidder should submit an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation.
