The required prior work experience for the bidder is at least 3 years in similar works. The bidder should have completed similar works worth at least 12% to 18% (including GST) of the estimated cost of the work during the last 5 years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least 2 similar works of value not less than Rs. 2500/- (including GST) each during the last 3 years. The bidder should also have a minimum annual turnover of a certain amount in the last 3 years and should have completed at least one similar work of a certain value in the last 5 years. Furthermore, the bidder should have experience in works like ਸਬਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਫਲ ਮੰਡੀ, ਅਨਾਜ ਮੰਡੀ, and other related works, with a completion value of at least 20% to 30% of the estimated contract value in the last 3 years. The bidder's credit score (CIBIL SCORE) should be at least 600 or above. A Performance Security of a certain amount, typically around 5% to 10% of the contract value, is also required.
