The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime Contractor, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work in the last five years. For works above Rs. 10.00 Crores, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. The bidder's available bid capacity is calculated as (A* N* 2 - B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder is required to have experience as a Prime Contractor, in a Joint Venture, or as a Sub-Contractor, and provide information on the number of years of experience in these roles, both in their own country and in other countries. They should also provide information on the number of years the organization has been in business of similar works under its present name. The bidder should have invested a minimum cash amount up to 25% of the contract value of work during the implementation of the work. Specific roles require specific experience, such as the Site Engineer requiring at least 2 years of experience, and the Quality Control Engineer requiring at least 2 years of experience.
