The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works in the last five years. The required prior work experience includes having completed works of certain values, such as one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. For personnel, the required prior work experience is as follows: - Project/Work Manager: at least 2 years of experience - Site Engineer: at least 2 years of experience - Plant Engineer: at least 2 years of experience - Quality Control Engineer: at least 2 years of experience - Survey Engineer: ITI qualified Surveyor is required, but no specific years of experience mentioned. The bidder should provide details of similar works completed, including the name of the contract, location, type of work, contract value, and percentage of completion. They should also provide information on their current contract commitments and details of earthwork, granular sub-base/base, RE walls, and concrete in bridges, including the amount and percentage of work completed. The maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years should be provided, updated to the price level of the year indicated. A certificate from the employer showing details of their share of work, including the amount and percentage of work completed, is also required. For works above a certain value, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years and provide an undertaking to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation.
