The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project/Work Manager: 2 years of experience - Site Engineer: 2 years of experience - Plant Engineer: 2 years of experience - Quality Control Engineer: 2 years of experience - Survey Engineer: ITI qualified, but no specific years of experience mentioned The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works with the following values: - one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work - two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work - three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work - minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. For works above Rs. 5.00 Crores, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. The bidder is also required to provide an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash of up to 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation.
