The required prior work experience for the bidder involves completing similar works within the last 5 years, either as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor. The bidder should have completed one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, or two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work Additionally, the bidder's annual financial turnover in similar works should be equal to at least 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last five financial years. For works above 1.00 Crore, the bidder needs to provide details of his available bid capacity, which should be more than the total value of his financial bid.
