The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on works of a similar nature over the last five years. The bidder must provide information on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor in the last five years, including cement concrete, masonry, and E/works. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed in the last five years and as a prime contractor (or as a nominated subcontractor) one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost or two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. Additionally, the bidder must provide information on the total value of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years, in lakhs, for each year from 2019-2020 to 2023-2024.
