Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing of automatic sensor door (11P4.2 mtr.) comprising of engine case cover, motor, controler (11PWMC) remote for opening and closing sensor complete for opening of 7'H with BI parting opening of 12mm thick toughened glass using connector (OGC/4A) oz-sl-4A-A6 whenever required and fitted with pivot at top & bottom with heavy duty fittings Dorma/Ozon including required fittings as per approved make complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge & as per pattern specified in architect drawing no. Providing and fixing wall panelling with readymade wood work (make: Armstron perforation pattern of 06 mapple plank and US mapple G14) 5"x8' batten upto 12mm thickness with approved colour and texture. The work including 2"x2" G.I. trapizoidal section with minimum 2.8 kg. wt. per 12'0" legth. The grid of G.I. sections shall be in 24"x24" in size fix with dry self taping screws & PVC gutties. before fixing of frame, anti-termite treatment of wall must be done as per instructions of the engineer-in-charge at site. After framing of G.I. sections, glass woor (make: twiga) of 24 kg/cum density to be duly filled between frames & bind all glass woor with G.I. netting of minimum 3/4"x24 gauge, no loosening wire to be permitted at any stage of binding. then batten tiles to be fix on the same area with necessary hardware & screws. The joints of tiles to be strictly as per drawig issued at site. The work icludes scaffolding & lifting work up to the all heights as per site in any height including lead and lift complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. as per pattern specified in architect drawing no. WD/ARCH/13 and 13A job no. 554

Providing and fixing metal false ceiling system tiles with metal tile of size 595x595mm manufactured out of 0.50mm thick polyester coil coated galvanized steel 120/180 gms zinc coating alloy having square or beveled edges including coil coated steel tile should have 20 micron polyester coated finish and back side coated of 5 micron alkyd primer. as per pattern specified in architect drawing no. WD/ARCH/3 job no. 554

The exposed metal grid comprises of main runners and cross tees, roll formed from galvanized steel of 180gsm zinc coating. The main and cross tees shall be provided with bayonet coupling having a height 38mm and 25mm. The grid shall be suspended from the roof with G.I. wire rods by suspension hangers at max. 1200mm and filled with 1200mm/600mm cross tees. Hangers shall be fixed to roof by expansion fasteners. Wall angle shall be 24mm x 24mm x 0.4mm thick coil coated steel matching the door of the tile. Make- Armstrong or equivelant.

The entire work shall be complete in all respect as per architectural drawing and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge. NS

Construction of security post of size 10'x10' as per approved architectural drawings including all required material complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. As per architect drawing no. WD/ARCH/3/R3 job no. 554 NS
