Double pole (DSR Ref 2.10.3)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. (DSR Ref 5.2)

Providing and fixing 6SWG dia G.I wire on the surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit / sub main wiring / cable as required. (DSR Ref 5.18)

Supply and erection of 8 mtr. (BOP-8030) Hot Dip Galvanized pole of Octagonal cross section continuously tapered made out from hight tensile steel of minimum thickness 3 mm complete with the, Base plate 225 X 225 X 16 mm alongwith inbuilt locable junction box which should be operated with single key with connectors of Elamax make for cable termination and two or three terminal and the diameter across from the dimension of base and top should be minimum 135 mm and 70 mm A/F (Across face) the wieght of the pole should be 76 Kg (Minimum). The method and material shall comply with as BSEN-10025 grade S35 or equivalent poles should be hot dipped galvanized in single dip to 65 microns. The street light poles shall be erected on the existing RCC foundation with 4 Nos. special foundation bolts of size 4xM24x750mm.(The cost of poles is including with 4 nos. "J" type bolts & nuts). Supply, fabrication and erection of G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket 1.5 mtrs. single arms with the following specifications. (Ref N.S.)

The 2" dia G.I. pipe shall be connected to a 3" dia G.I. pipe (45 cm) canopy with top and closed with 10 cm sheet to avoid entry of rain water in pole.

The bracket shall be slipped over the top section of steel tubular pole and fixed 3 Nos 1/2" dia G.I. nut bolts.

The 2" dia G.I. pipe shall be welded at the distance of 2" from the close and with the 3" dia G.I. pipe.

A triangular 10 GMS sheet piece of 2" shall be welded between 2 pipes.

The sample of bracket shall be got approved from the Executive-in-Charge before installation at the workshop where these are fabricated.

The G.I. (medium class) of size 2" and 3" dia should be B Class. It includes cost of reducer to be fitted in the bracket.

Single arm bracket out of 2" dia G.I. pipe 3' over hang.

Providing and construction of suitable RCC foundation with 1:3:6 for octagonal pole 8 mtr. Including all materials and labour, complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. The foundation is to be laid as per drawing to be supplied by the manufacturer. (Ref N.S.)

Supply & erection of high power LED Street light luminaries : High-brightness White LEDs sources with high transmittance LENS on each LEDs, system lumen output of Minimum 7000 lumens, consumption with 100 lms/Watt system luminous efficacy, ensuring good quality light output. Life of at least 50,000 hours at 70% lumen maintenance & LED driver efficiency 95% Power factor greater than 0.90, max 10KV surge protection .Pressure die cast aluminium with heat dissipation through cooling fins with Company logo engraved/ embossed/ non earsable & have IK05 & IP66 Class I protection with NABL Accredited LM-79 & LM-80 Report. The fixture should be comprehensively warranted to be repaired or replaced for any defect within 2 years of installations. The luminary should not be over power derived. The fitting shall be mounted on the plate bracket on existing pole including making connection, testing & energizing complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Supply and erection of Aluminum conductor PVC insulated 4 core 10 mm2 aluminum armoured and served cable to be laid in ground 1 mtr below ground level with sand , bricks cushioning complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. (Ref N.S.)

Supply and erection of DWC high polythene pipe HDPE pipe 51/63mm density 240 to 958 kg having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface wall with average wall thickness for the outer layer in road 1 meter below ground , maintenance free, ‟C‟ value over 150 with lowest frictional losses, anti rodent, inflammable & good weathering resistance, conforming to IS 14930 (p-II) and PSEN-50086( P-I & II). Including cost of digging and refilling of pits complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Ref N.S.)
