The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Substantially completed work is defined as an ongoing work where payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. For tenders above 50 Lacs, bidders need to provide details of total contractual payments in the previous three financial years and technical credentials, including completion certificates with specific details such as name of the work, agency, contract agreement number, date of completion, completed cost, and nature of the firm. The specific values and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works, - 40% of the advertised value of the tender for two similar works, - 60% of the advertised value of the tender for one similar work, - 90% of the present contract value for substantially completed work, - Tender costing above 50 Lacs.
