Northern Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder involves completing similar works within the last 07 years, with specific options including: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The definition of similar work is design, supply, erection testing & commissioning of 50 HZ, single phase 25 kV AC OHE. Additionally, the tenderer must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work. The average annual contractual turnover is calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. The tenderer is required to submit information as per Annexure-15 (Annexure-VIB), along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
