Fabrication, supply and fixing of cable marker of 1:3:6 cement, sand and aggregate as per drg. No NR/S&T/CON/1.5/97-A or latest. The marker shall be fixed at various places of cable route as per instructions of Site Engineer. (Inspection: Site Engineer)

Supply of SM/SI/ESM furniture set of Godrej or similar make consisting of following:- (i) 8 Executive revolving bearing series low back floating chair with normal arm cushioned chair- 01 no. (ii) Executive table size 72x36x30 inch with three drawers one side, lockers cabinet on other side- 01 no. (iii) Vistors chair seat and back cushion with high density foam with plastic PVC handle capsule type flat pipe duly painted black- 03 Nos. (Inspection: Consignee)

Supply and laying of 2nd class bricks in the trench and laying as per drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/1.1/97-A and as per instructions of the site Engineer. (Bricks to be inspected by Consignee).

Preparation of Apparatus Case half involving wiring of relays. This includes Preparation and fixing of bakelite hylum sheet 450x800x6mm and Backelite shelf 450x450x10mm duly fixed by angle iron piece of different size inside all the apparatus Cases. Hylum board shall be fixed on an angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm. Angle iron frame will be fixed in location box secured by nuts and bolts. This includes fixing of fuse ARA terminal, Q series relays and other type of relays on square bars, fixing and jamming of cable with 2 inch thick salwood plank provided at the bottom. This will 22 include opening, pasting and jamming armour of each cable in the hole drilled separately for each cable through the salwood plank and all cable entry points on location boxes, location huts, JBs relay room/battery room to be closed with suitable masonry Works covered with sand and plastering. Wiring description for terminal drawing of circuits, inside app. Case. Painting from out side as well inside with red oxide and aluminum paint is covered separately. Size of lettering will be 100mm or as per instructions of Engineer at site. All materials including Backelite shelf, hylum board, salwood plank, angle iron square bar, wire and wiring material as per the IRS specn., non deteriorating type HRC fuses with bases,catenary wires, nuts and bolts and other items shall be supplied by the contractor. Relays, ARA terminals only shall be supplied by the Railways. (Inspection: Site Engineer)

Installation & wiring of Point track circuit having single point (excluding traps. Trap points & one main point to be counted as single point track circuit) to suit RE area as per standard Railway practice. This will include following:- (a)Drilling of holes 7.2 mm dia. or size as required. Provision of continuous GI wire bonding on switch portion & crossing of points with two bond wires at each joints. 8 SWG GI soft bond wire channel bond pins & all other materials required will be supplied by the contractor. (b) Jumpering from rail to rail or to track lead junction box including polarity jumpers /cables in case of point track circuit as per drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/3.1/97 and as per jumpering plan. This includes drilling holes fixing of jumpers to the rails, terminating the jumpers in the TLJBs and fixing the jumper as per site requirement and instructions of site Engineer. One TLJB to be provided extra for each polarity jumper/cable. All materials including fiber TLJBs, GI pipe are to be supplied by 15 the contractor. (c)Fixing of insulated block joints complete with provision of skimmed fish plates (where ever required). Fish plates shall be supplied by the Railways but skimming is to be got done by contractor. Supply of insulation material is not included. (d)Fixing of TLJBs as per drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/3.2/97A along with providing concrete foundation and plastering on both ends i.e TF and TR end and termination of tail cables at both ends. All material for fixing including angle iron, cement, sand etc. shall be supplied by the contractor. This also includes supply of TLJBs with provision of M-6 terminals. TLJBs to be written with track circuit number. (e)Wiring in the app. Case of TF battery chargers, TF resistances 30 Ohm, track relays, chokes & batteries etc. as per the standard practice using NDT fuses with fuse bases and terminals. This includes supply of all material by contractor except TF battery charger, batteries and relays which shall be supplied by the Railway. The wiring shall be done with 3/0.029" copper conductor PVC wire of approved quality. (f)Commissioning of track circuits as per provisions of paras of IRS spec. No. S-36/81. This includes adjustment of track feed resistance and testing with train shunt resistance. (Inspection: Site engineer)

Supply of Relay plug in type, style AC LED, all aspect AC lamp proving relay unit within built current transformer type slow to release neutral line relay 4F/4B contacts, front & back contacts 4 metal to carbon, shall be suitable for working in series with the 100 V AC, LED signal lamp rated at 15 W confirming to RDSO spec STS/E/ Relays/AC Lit LED signal/09-2002 Amdt. 1, BRS:941A, IRS-S-34 & IRS-S-23/88 or latest with latest amendments as applicable. The interlocking code for this unit shall be ABDHK type or as applicable. (Inspection: RDSO)

Fabrication, supply and fixing of relay racks of size 2200mm x 690 mm along with scaffolding as per Drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/4.3/97-A made of angle iron of size 45mm x 45mm X 6mm alongwith outer frame made of angle iron size 65mm x 65mm X 8mm fitted with M.S. squares bars duly ionized along with description strips to accommodate Plug-in-type relay groups/Point contractor 2 units/ Route checking relays etc. Scaffolding/ cable carrier to be fabricated of angle iron of size 35mm X 35mm X 6mm and flat of size 25mm X 5mm as per instructions of site Engineer. The Separation between two flats shall be 250mm or less as per site requirements. All fixing material like anti-tilting device if required, bolts, nuts, washers, insulators, shoe, angle irons, flats, L-bolts, sand, cement & concrete etc. will be supplied by the contractor. This also includes cleaning, priming by Red oxide, painting of rack will be power coated) and writing of description of relays by ISI mark paints. (Inspection: Consignee)

Supply of track feed battery charger 110V AC/2-4-6 V DC/10 Amps as per RDSO spec. no. IRS S-89/2013 Version 1.0 or latest. (Inspection: RDSO)

Design, Manufacturing & supply of electrically operated lifting barrier 110V DC as per requirement and as per RDSO Spec. RDSO/SPN/208/2012 Ver.2.0 and Amendment 1 or latest complete set along with pedestal driving and driven mechanism, booms length as per site requirement up to 9.76 mtrs (approx 10 mtrs), balancing weight, boom support and motorized boom 24 locking arrangement, limit switches: 3 nos. (1 lever type and 2 top roller type), operating panel, Road warning bell, hand generator & crank handle for emergency operation with all accessories complete in all respect. Tool kit consisting of standard sizes of wrinch/ spanner and Allen keys should also be supplied with each set (02 nos.) of Electric Lifting barrier as mentioned in para 10.2 of RDSO/SPN/208/2012 Ver 2.0 or latest. (A Set consists of two booms and other accessories as per RDSO's latest Specification). Note: Warning bell to be inspected by consignee (Inspection: RDSO)

Casting, concreting and curing of foundation for main signal as per Drg. no. 8 NR/S&T/CON/2.1/97 or latest. All material such as anchor bolts, cement & aggregate to be supplied by contractor. All concrete work must be ratio of cement, coarse sand and aggregate 1:3:6.(Inspected by Site Engineer)

Supply of Insulation for 'L' type bracket for point fitting IRS type as per drg. No. SA- 17 8800-01(Adv.) or latest complete consisting of insulation rail joint splice plate - 01 No. to drg. no. S- 8804 Nylon Type-66 as per IRS-S-40/84 with latest amendment, Ferule - 02 Nos. to drg. no. S-8813 as per spcn. no. IRS:S-40/84 material nylon type-66, washer - 04 Nos. to RDSO drg. no. T-10371 ALT-2 IRS-40/84 nylon type-66.(Inspection: Consignee)

Fabrication and Supply of complete set of point rodding for point machines of IRS type 16 conforming to RDSO specification no. IRS:S 5-62 and as per drg. No. SA-8800-01(Adv.) or latest if any along with 'P' brackets and 'L' brackets required. (coal Bangal for smithy work, all type of nuts & bolts and Lugs as required also to be supplied with each set).(Inspection: Consignee)

Concreting unscheduled items in concrete of 1:3:6 ratio in cement, coarse sand and aggregate 25mm at different places in the yard and plastering top in fine plaster of 1:4 cement, sand 17 ratio. It also includes excavation of earth as required at site and as per instruction of site engineer. The volume in cubic meters shall include the volume occupied by any CI foundation, trestle, MS angle or flat or GI pipe required to be embedded in the casting. cement, coarse sand and aggregate 25mm are to be supplied by the contractor. Supply of shunt signal position light complete with unit post and surface base mounting socket 90mm dia, without holders & bulbs as per drg. No. SA 23840 (adv.) specs. no. IRS-S- 23/88 or latest Independent post type. (Inspection: Consignee)

Manufacturing, supply, installation and wiring of Diagnostic Panel in Diagnostic Panel Room of size 6'x3'x3/4" thick with white sunmica top having aluminum angle on all four sides along with openable cover at back side and duly painted yard diagram as per approved Working Rule Diagram. This shall be made of salwood with sunmica top and aluminum angle size 1"x1"x1/8" on all 4 sides. The indications for signals, relays and track circuits etc. shall be provided on this board by 12 means of RED, GREEN and YELLOW LEDs. The signals and track circuits indications shall be provided near the signals and track circuits painted on the diagram where as slot indication, point indication crank handle/gate/ siding point indications and other indications shall be provided below the painted yard diagram or as per the indication diagrams approved by HQ office. All materials such as wire of sorts, strips, tag blocks, LED and LED holders etc. will be supplied by the contractor except indoor cables for wiring between the relay room and the diagnostic panel which is covered separately. (Inspection : Consignee)

Supply of 02 nos. electrical lifting barrier booms of 9.76 meters each as per DRG. RDSO/S-11600. The material will be as per RDSO Specn. No. RDSO/SPN/208/2012/Ver.2.0 and Amendment 1 or latest. (Inspection: Consignee)

Wiring of relays in relay room/relay huts as per approved wiring diagrams. All material required including indoor cables and wires of 1x1, 1x0.6, 3/0.29, 16/0.2, 40x0.6, 40x1, 60x0.6, 60x1 dia. of copper conductor as per NR practice conforming to IRS specifications, resistance and 23 condensers are to be supplied by the contractor. This also includes wiring from CT rack to tag block, tag block to relays & wiring of fuse etc. required in connection with relay room /relay hut wiring and soldering, dressing, bunching, lacing, fixing of relay bases etc. and provision of LED indication of vital relays in relay room and provision of potential free contacts for relays on tag block for data logger as per instruction of site Engineer. This also includes dressing, bunching, lacing and fixing of relay bases. Indoor cable/wires should be pre-inspected by Consignee. (Inspection: Site Engineer)

Fixing, wiring, testing and proper adjustment of point machines as per standard Railway Practice. This includes - i) Fixing of switch extension/P-bracket, providing insulation for switch extension bracket/P-bracket/L-bracket, fixing ground connection, adjusting the correct opening of switches and adjusting the point machines with crank handle. ii) Supply of wiring material and wiring inside the point machine & 30/40 line junction box provided with terminals strip for cable termination. iii) Supply and fixing of GI pipes with flange for taking cable into point machine and junction box 12 through Gland/ GI pipe. iv) Complete material for installation viz.GI pipes/Gland Pipe, wiring materials, various fixing nuts and bolts, angle irons (75mmx75mmx10mm), channel for fixing the machine, lugs for point rodding and insulation for stretcher bar 90R/52/60Kg. As per RDSO drawing No.SA- 23172(Adv.) Alt. 1 will be supplied by the contractor. v) Smithy and fitting works required at site for complete installation, Installation of gauge tie plate and providing insulation for G.T.P. as per Drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/7.6/97 and Williams stretcher bar will be done by contractor. Machine shall be overhauled by contractor if required. vi) This includes removal of existing gears wherever required. (Inspection: Site Engineer)

Fabrication & supply of domino type operating cum indication panel for way side station of exchangeable units of size 54X34 mm (Siemens panel size) and cover plates with tag blocks/terminals, wires, angle irons etc. depicting the yard layout with signals, points, track circuits, 1 operating/emergency push buttons, counters, SMs key housed in steel metal cabinet as per approved panel diagram and RDSO spec.no. RDSO/SPN/186/2004 Rev. 2.0 or latest if any. This also includes supply and fixing of acrylic sheet on panel. LEDs (24 VDC) to be provided as per direction of engineer. Panel shall be supplied with complete soldering. Size of panel should be such, so as to accommodate on additional line on either side. This includes 20% of extra panel indication LEDs of each color, 5% push buttons of each color, 5 extra dominos & 2 extra counters to be supplied by the contractor. (Inspection: RDSO for supply items)

Supply and installation of earth electrodes as per std. practice. The item includes digging of pit in earth, 3 Mtrs. deep and fixing earth electrode pipe. Casting of cement concrete enclosures as per drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/6.4/97 or latest. The soil treatement shall be done as per std. pratice. The item includes provision of mild steel flat of size 35mm x 6mm (as per IRSEM) and nut bolted connection of MS flat with earth electrode. The other end of mild steel flat to be connected to 8 block instrument, cable sheath of power equipment, signal base, apparatus case, CT rack / relay racks, other equipments as per the instruction of Engineer at site & IRSEM. Earhting connection location to location shall be done through cable which shall be provided by Railway. Complete material such as earth electrode as per drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/6.3/97 or latest, cement, wiring material, soldering material be supplied by contractor. This also includes provision of earth connection from MEBB to S&T equipment i.e. cable sheath, apparatus case, BPAC, Axle counter, Data logger with power wire of size 16/25 sq. mm with thimble of suitable size at both ends. (Inspection by Consignee).

Preparation of cable route plan, Track crossing plan, Cable core chart, Power supply arrangement, Cable termination chart in relay room, relay huts and location boxes, Location Description plan, Cable insulation chart and register, Track circuit history card, Track circuit plan, Outdoor circuits and other outdoor diagram, Outdoor circuits etc. For way side stn. Three sets of 20 above diagrams will be submitted for approval & for execution of work. The supply of completion document after commissioning of the work shall be as per following details:- (i) Supply of 6 copies of completion set of A-3 size drawings of superior quality paper, laminated, properly bound in steel clip jaw file with cushioned cover. Cable route plan, cable core plan & other bigger size prints to be of ferro prints but without lamination. (ii) Software back up of complete set in the form of CDs (3 sets). (iii) One complete set of tracings. (iv) Design through CAD (v) Drawings in A3 & plans in bigger size. (six sets). (Inspection: Consignee)

Installation, testing & commissioning of LC gates complete. This includes excavation & casting of foundation of 1:3:6 for pedestal and boom rest with contractor's own material including cement, anchor bolts; erection of lifting barriers assembly right hand/left hand boom complete on the 16 pedestal, fixing of boom support for lifting barrier boom, installation of boom locking devices & control panel, flasher, warning bell with associated warning. This also includes power supply connections, wiring and other outdoor Works etc. All materials for installation & wiring shall be supplied by the contractor. Installation to be done by OEM or its authorised dealer. A certificate to this effect to be submitted by contractor. (Inspection: Consignee)

Supply of CLS Signal post 3.6 M and ladder 3.5 M with bases and platform as per RDSO spec.No.IRS-S-6/81 or latest with latest amendments and RDSO drg. no. SA-23150 (adv.), S 2011 M, S 116 A-M. (Inspection: Consignee )

Supply and testing of Portable digital auto range multimeter Motwane, Fluke or similar make capable to measure from 0.1 mv/ 0.01 ma (AC/DC) up to 600V /10Amps (AC/DC) and 0.1 ohm- 40 M ohms suitable for measurement of Frequency & capacitance also. (Inspection: Consignee)

Preparation of App. Case half not involving wiring of relays which includes following- (i)Preparation and fixing of Bakelite hylum sheet 450x800x6mm and teak wooden shelf 450x450x25mm duly fixed by angle iron piece of different size inside all the app. Cases. Hylum board shall be fixed on an angle iron frame of 25mm/25mm/3mm. Angle iron frame will be fixed in location box secured by nuts & bolts. (ii)Fixing of fuse ARA terminal, shelf type Q series relays and other type of relays on square bars, fixing and jamming of cable with 2 inch thick salwood plank provided at the 6 bottom. This will include opening, twisting and jamming armor of each cable in the hole drilled separately for each cable through the salwood plank and of cable entry points on location boxes, location nuts JB's relays room battery/room to be closed with suitable masonry work covered with sand & plastering. (iii)Wiring description for terminal, drawing of circuits inside app. Case. Painting from outside as well inside with RED oxide aluminum paint is covered separately. Size of lettering as per instructions of Engr. at site. (iv)All material including teak wood shelf, hylum board, salwood plank, angle iron square bar, wire and wiring material as per the IRS spec. Non deteriorating type HRC fuses and bases nuts and bolts and other items shall be supply by the contractor. Relays, ARA terminals only shall be supplied by the railways. (Inspection: Site Engineer)

Fabrication, supply and fixing of cable termination board of size as per Drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/4.1/97-A made of angle iron of size 45mm x 45mm x 6mm along with outer frame made of angle iron of size 65mm x 65mm x 8mm duly fitted with Bakelite sheet of size 6mm thick. This also 3 includes fixing of ARA terminals & fuse bases. Supply and fixing of hard wood of size 70cmx 25cmx 4cm in the back for jamming of cables. All the fixing materials like bolts, nuts, washers, Insulators, shoe, angle irons, flats, L- bolts, cement, sand and concretes etc. will be supplied by the contractor. This includes cleaning, priming by red oxide, painting & writing of description etc. with ISI mark paints. (Inspection: Consignee)

Modification /Alteration /Augmentation of existing Hitachi Make Electronic Interlocking (EI) Systems as per RDSO/SPN/192/2019 Ver. 2.0 or latest (with latest amendment), as per approved Signaling plan and selection table/locking table of stations in connection with provision of RGM/TTM siding at KWJ, GHA, KKP, GJUT and PJA stations, technical specifications & conditions of contract. This includes - 1) Design & drawing of Indoor circuit diagram. 2) Modification to the existing Application Software of VDU & MT. 3) Modification to the existing interface & Interlocking circuit for stations. 4) Alteration to the existing Relay Rack wiring as per the modified interface circuit for Stations. 5) 1 Modification to the existing CCIP at stations. 6) Upgradation of Datalogger Data base. 7) Necessary modification in existing PI/RRI Panel. 8) Supply of additional EI Hardware modules/cards for doing the alteration at above mentioned stations. 9) FAT and SAT as per the modified and approved Application logic. 10) Installation, wiring, programming, testing & commissioning of complete yard for data in put & configuration, simulation & functional testing, diagnostic & trouble shooting and commissioning of Electronic interlocking System as per Signal Interlocking plan. Installation is to be done as per RDSO specification no. RDSO/SPN/192/2019 Ver. 2.0 or latest and RDSO practice circulated vide TAN no. STS/E/TAN/3012, Ver. 2.0, Dt.10.08.2016, TAN no. STS/E/TAN/3007, Ver. 1.0, Dt. 02.11.2012 and TAN no. STS/E/TAN/3006, Ver. 3.0, dt. 08.01.2025 for earthing and bonding scheme (as applicable) for Electronic Interlocking. (Inspection by RDSO)

Supply of choke type 'B' to suit single rail track circuits on 25 KV/50 HZ AC electrified sections conforms to RDSO spec no. IRS:S-65/83 (Amndt.3) or latest as applicable. (Inspection: RDSO)

Supply of Key lock relay, type TMA 24V DC with 2F/2B contacts configuration with 19 different wards combination as per RDSO spn. No. IRS:S-46, S-34 & S-23 and RDSO/SPN/219/2016 ver 1.0 with Amendment-1 or latest. Details of ward combination will be provided during execution of work. (Inspection: For bare relay -RDSO, for key lock housing- consignee)

Installation of KLCR/lever lock with circuit controller in location boxes/LC gate lodge, supply & installation of heavy duty push button, LED indicator on M.S sheet of 4.5 mm thick inside 13 location box, chain for connecting key and crank handle, for crank handle locking and locking of key for K points and LC gate. The work includes fixing & wiring of magneto telephones, wiring of KLCR, push buttons and termination of tail cables as per instructions of site Engineer. All material like MS flat, M single, nuts and bolts, E-type lock including masonry work for fixing of lever lock to be supplied and done by the contractor. (Inspection: Site Engineer)

Supply of Fail-safe Electronic Timer relay, 24V DC, with a time-delay of 60 or 120 Second as per RDSO Spec. IRS:S 61-2000 Ver. 1.0 (Amend. No. 3 or latest. (Inspection RDSO)

Supply of copper Power wire 1X6 sqmm. (Red/Black/Green in color as per requirement at site) conforming to IS 694/2010 or latest. (Inspection: Consignee subject to specification compliance form RDSO approved vendor)

Laying of signalling/telecom/power cables by unwinding cables from drums of different 2 sizes as per drg. no. NR/S&T/CON/1.1/97 or latest and as per cable route plan approved by the Railways. It includes Meggering of cable before and after its laying of all types of cables. Meggering to be done for each drum separately. Meggering sheets to be supplied and filled up by contractor and submitted to Railways. (Inspection: Site engineer)

Supply of ARA terminal block 25 mm center small M-6 terminal made of PBT as per RDSO drg. no. SA-23741-A (alt-4) & spec. no. IRS-S-75/2006(Rev:2) or latest. (Inspection: RDSO)

Fixing of CLS surface base, bolting on the foundation. Erection of CLS post with signal unit on the top or on an offset bracket and fitting ladder and guard to the post at the top. Concreting ladder base and embedded into the ground with supporting bracket in the middle, blanking of the ladder for a distance of 1 feet between the height 6' 9" and 7' 9" from the rail level by MS angle and MS sheet 6 mm thick wherever required. This includes provision of wooden (sal) cross arm 1 M x 1M 9 for CLS unit prior to the commissioning, fixing of lenses, lamp holder/lamp current regulator and hoodsof CLS unit, terminating cables, wiring the CLS unit & foxing the signal. Elevation & distance of foundation from track shall be in accordance with schedule of dimension for Indian railways published by Govt. of India and approved drawings. All items for the above works except signal unit, LED signal, Signal post, base and ladder shall be supplied by the contractor including but not limited to the following: (i) "U" bolt for offset brackets. (ii) Wooden cross arm 1 mtr. x 1 mtr. (iii) MS angle and MS sheet for blanking of ladder. (iv) Wire mesh guard, lock for unit if required, nuts and bolts etc. for the following : (V) Supply and fixing of Signal Number Plate with complete fittings as per standard railway practice. Installation, erection, wiring of 2-aspect color light signal. (Inspected by Site Engineer)

Installation, erection and wiring of LED lit calling- on/dependent shunt signal 11 /illuminated 'A' marker/ 'AG' marker/ 'F' markers on the same post below main signal on offset bracket. Which also includes fixing of stencil and hoods, wiring and focussing of the signal. U-bolt for offset bracket and wiring material will be supplied by contractor. (Inspection: Site Engineer)

Supply of apparatus case Large with 'E' type lock and key ward no. 42 and handle as per RDSO Drg. no. RDSO/S-11500 or latest. (Inspection: Consignee)

Installation and wiring of Berthing and Straight DC track circuits to suit RE area as per standard Railway practice. This will include following:- (a)Drilling of holes 7.2 mm dia. or size as required. Provision of continuous GI wire bonding on switch portion & crossing of points with two bond wires at each joints. 8 SWG GI soft bond wire channel bond pins & all other materials required will be supplied by the contractor. (c)Fixing of insulated block joints complete with provision of skimmed fish plates (where ever required). Fish plates shall be supplied by the Railways but skimming is to be got done by contractor. Supply of insulation material is not included. (d)Fixing of TLJBs as per drg. No. NR/S&T/CON/3.2/97A along with providing concrete foundation and plastering on both ends i.e TF and TR end and termination of tail cables at both ends. All material for fixing including angle iron, cement, sand etc. shall be supplied by the contractor. This also includes supply of TLJBs with provision of M-6 terminals. TLJBs to be written with track circuit number. (e)Wiring in the app. Case of TF battery chargers, TF resistances 30 Ohm, track relays, chokes & batteries etc. as per the standard practice using NDT fuses with fuse bases and terminals. This includes supply of all material by contractor except TF battery charger, batteries and relays which shall be supplied by the Railway. The wiring shall be done with 3/0.029" copper conductor PVC wire of approved quality. (f)Commissioning of track circuits as per provisions of paras of IRS spec. No. S-36/81.
