In case of tender for composite works, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of tender. The completion certificate should mandatorily mention details such as the name of the work, the name of the agency, the contract agreement number, the date of completion, the completed cost or substantially completed cost of the work, and the nature of the firm.
